Staff make you feel like you’re a burden everytime you call for a medical concern and never answer their phones. They also don’t want you going to a walk in clinic but won’t answer the phone when you try to call

Amazing doctor, highly intelligent. We received our 1st and 2nd covid shots, including booster, by appointment (the office called us with the appointment dates/times). It was so slick! So very happy that we didn’t have to go through the provincial booking portal, or through the county’s website. Thank you, Dr. Hynscht, you are the BEST!!!

the worse Dr. I have ever had he is arrogant , he will not help with anything, also doesn't really listen to you and then he says I can't do anything for that. my benefits required me to go see him once a month he basically told me "not going to happen" I will not book you a appointment to see you for nothing and then you can't go find another Dr. because they have a group which the ones accepting new patients will not take your application because they have a deal not to take patients it is so unfair

Excellent diagnostician. I go to a doctor because I think he/she is capable. I don't look for someone to hold my hand. I think some people watch too much television and
He's an excellent physician. I have no qualms about putting my healthcare in his hands.
He's a very capable physician. Currently putting up with a lot of flack due to backlog of appointments due to the pandemic.

Horrible Dr!! Arrogant, condescending, definitely most interested in his appearance and staus more than his patients. Office staff follow his lead and can also be very rude. Never answer the phone, but if you leave a bad Google review or an unfavourable post on social media, you will most likely get a personal response within 24 hours and have your Dr-patient relationship terminated!! Run, run far and fast. This guy is a quack!

Worst doctor and clinic I've ever had. Office phone lines are always busy and they have no other option to request appointments. Staff is unapologetic and condescending. Nurse practitioner is not sensitive to women's health issues at all... I was told that I have no option but to deal with my pain instead of looking for alternatives. I had to demand to get referred to a specialist. The Dr. also refuses to treat anyone who chooses not to get vaccinated at this time. Our family is looking for another doctor and switching as soon as possible. We've had enough.

Nice enough guy. But was told that I have to get vaccinated to be able to be treated by him. Doesn't give choice to patients to do what they want with their own bodies. Don't understand how you can be refused proper health care if you respectfully decline not to take a vaccine. The Covid vaccines don't stop transmission, but do help with symptoms, however being in my 20's and understanding the risks one should be able to make their own decision. Unbelievable how an alleged 'doctor' thinks by threatening people with limiting their access to health is healthy for patients. Doesn't act in his patients best interests, but maybe be his pockets best interests?
