I have a strong family history of cancer. Dr Hahm helped me understand what options were available to me and spent a great deal of time with me displaying knowledge of current preventative measures and displaying a great deal of empathy. She is a special physician.

My only experience with this doctor was three office visits with her in Marietta and several phone calls with her administrative assistant whom the receptionists called her nurse. Be aware that this doctor had/has no nurse assigned to her, and her practice group provides staff, who vary widely in their professionalism. At the first instance of a problem with service by the staff, Dr. Hahm dropped me as a patient, with no assistance rendered to ease the transition to another doctor although she knew my chances of a cancer cure would be impacted by a delay. The website and written materials alluding to patients being handled as carefully as family are mere puffery. Not once did Dr. Hahm ask me if I had a question or leave time for me to ask questions. Even when telling me that she had received a test result that pointed to metastasis her manner was ice cold. I felt like a billing account. I have filed a complaint with the overseeing state agency.
