I have been a patient of Dr. Lockwood's for many years. I like that he as well as his staff know my name and ask about my family. He runs his practice like a country doctor. Who has the bedside manner of a most caring person and the competency of a medical genius. Everyone is friendly. I recently had a crisis and my fears were calmed significantly by Dr. Lockwoods's PA, Mitzi Solano. She is a new addition to his staff and I am so happy he hired her. She was attentive to my needs and went above and beyond. Who does that in the medical field now days?

Dr. Lockwood is the best love my doctor very helpful caring. I have gone to Dr. Lockwood for over 13 years. My son and daughter both are his patients and love him yes they have gone through some changes since merging with emory a little slower and since a bigger staff I miss alot of the old people but would not change for the world. Dr. Lockwood has been right on point with questions my childrens illnesses and any appeals i have gone through to get surgery. He is honest and tells you not what you want to hear but what you need to hear. shaun and cindy have been there with him for so long they are simply the best. No shame to give my name Serena B and I give my doctors the thumbs up and anybody i referred to him is still there

I was trying to switch to someone closer to home but he spend maybe 5-10 minutes with me and this was the first time he met/saw me. He could have cared less. I had to go into the office after I called twice to get an MRI report. No one ever called.

Terrible office staff, poor service, will not return calls, will not answer phones. Doctor spends no time with you. He hurries in and hurries out - gives you no time for questions.
