Dr. Baldwin who is retired from private practise to become a doctor for SGI. She clearly doesn't give 2 bleeps about her patients pain. She s there to get her check and make SGI SMILE. Some of the injuries physical and emotional that come along with horrific crashes means nothing to her that people heal in her lame assed opinion should heal with no prescription meds. I watched my son suffer to unbievable degrees. I could hear him up at night pacing from pain. I am not normally the kind of person to wish anything bad on someone but she needs to be on the receiving end of an accident see how she deals with her pain how she deals with loss. Baldwin just is one of the most irresponsible self centered SGI employee period. Dr. Baldwin I wish on you everything you have done to and taken from the people with no regard of what they have been through. There will be a day when you meet you have to answer to the highest power. You are a cold, heartless SGI driven idiot. What goes around comes around two fold. I am glad it's you who has to look yourself in the mirror everyday! Good luck on becoming SGI'S employee of the month!

Dr Baldwin was an awesome Dr. She wasn't quick to write a prescription, she was more interested in changing to healthier lifestyle habits to remedy the problem. she listened, she cared, she made me feel significant. This woman delivered me 25 years ago and I stuck with her til she retired.

Dr.Baldwin was my doctor since I was a young child. I was disappointed when she retired. She is caring, competent, always took time to listen and was matter of fact and honest. She is extremely capable and knowledgeable. She is not touchy feely but she is the best doctor I have ever had. I have yet to find a doctor to measure up to her and the care she provided! Thanks for all you did Dr.Baldwin!

After almost 30 yrs & 3 children (she even delivered me!) - I really miss her in her retirement and have YET to find a suitable docter for our family. If ANYONE can recommend a GOOD docter that actually listens and doesn't just cut a prescription - I'd love to hear from you - I'm afraid these walk-in clinics will miss something important with us and could turn tragic.

I had to see her for a SGI assessment and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I am overweight and my injured area was my neck and shoulder. But she did a complete physical on me. I dont see unless she was nosy. I was weighed, my breasts were examined, I was given a PAP test as well as a rectal exam. And both were painful. I think she was using a instrument for a whale, and she was very rough when she put her finger in my anus with very little lube and it hurt. I told her that, but still she was rough with her examination of me. I was not healing as fast as SGI wanted me to, so I assume they put me through this so I would rush back to work. I was very injured and x-rays dont lie, neither did the MRI. Yet her attitude was that because I had large breasts that this may be causing my neck and shoulder injury. In fact she measured my breasts and put this on the report that I had oversized breasts and that I was morbidly obese. I am 5'6 and weight is 260. Yes but not morbidly obese

My children have been patients of Dr. Baldwin's for over 20 years and while I found her to be initialliy helpful and caring, it is time for her to retire. In the past two years she has not provided very good care. My son had a serious knee injury which she diagnosed as a simple strain which would improve with rest; however, a second (more thorough) examination by another physicain revealed that he had a torn ACL which would require surgery. The lag time between his vist to Dr. Baldwin and the other physician has meant a delay in his surgery of over three months.

I just had to write to tell of my family's 20 plus years with Dr. baldwin. I for one well truly miss her and am very concerned in finding another doctor who will take the same care as she has , because she knows me.After years of going to her l have developed a great trust in her.I might add if she's not sure what is wrong she will be the first to admit it and send you to a specalist. Lately l was diagosed with breast surgery and with other complications she has giving me the best support possible and for Baldwin doesn't need to read this site to know how good a doctor she is , but if she does.Thankyou for all you have done for myself and my sons. All the best in the future to you and much happiness in your retirement!!!

I went to Joan for 20+ years, trusted her and liked her, but always felt rushed, no time to ask questions. One time I went in, took a list of 6 questions, after the third she said she wouldn't answer any more - she was only getting paid for two, complained about walk-in clinics, got up and left. So did I. Permanently. I was made to feel that my time was not important, only hers.

I have been a patient of Dr Baldwins for over 20 years. I would not even think of changing doctors. She is extremely knowledgeable, and has such a wonderful personality. My Kids also see her and they both like her as well.I do not mind the short wait to see her.She does what is best for her patients. If that means spending a couple of minutes more, I sure do not mind the wait. What I especially like is that she is just a bit older than I am so I know anything that I might experience she will most likely experience before me. This makes me feel very comfortable. I hope she continues to practise for many many years.
