I absolutely love Dr. Anthony and her staff. I have been a patient for over several years and would recommend this office to anyone that's looking for a OBGYN.

I have been a patient of Dr. Anthony for over ten years. She is always compassionate, professional, friendly and helpful. I got married in November 2013 and have two babies that Dr. Anthony delivered at Emory Johns Creek. She and her staff took excellent care of me during both pregnancies and I've always felt completely confident and secure knowing that my health is in the very best hands. One of my labor and delivery nurses told me that Dr. Anthony is also certified in pharmacology. She is excellent at what she does and I am grateful to have such a wonderful practice that takes such good care of me and helps me to be my best.

Dr. Anthony made my delivery and postpartum time more traumatic than was necessary. She used harsh words towards the nurse while I was in labor and also used poor judgment about the size of my baby. I ended up with a 9 lb baby who cracked his shoulder coming out and I tore horribly. It took over a year for me to heal from the tear. During the 6 week postpartum check-up I told her how much pain I was in and she was very invalidating. Her response made me feel like I was being whiny and immature. I got a second opinion a few months later and was told that I needed a "re-fashioned" episiotomy. I chose not to have the procedure and allowed my body the time it needed to naturally heal, but I was definitely sewn together wrong. During my six-week check up I also began crying and told the doctor how horrible I felt emotionally. I was very open about my feelings of depression and she once again invalidated me. I told her I never wanted to be intimate with my husband again because I was in so much pain. She replied with, "You better or he'll leave you!" I could not believe how unsympathetic she was to me while I was experiencing what was diagnosed by a different doctor as postpartum depression. I will never visit this practice again.

Switching doctor's because this woman was not helpful at all when it came to my birth control methods. I told her a symptom I was experiencing After 3 months of use and she said "hmm, on (birth control im on)?" as If that wasn't supposed to happen while on that specific BC. According to the birthcontrol's website it IS a side effect. I dot know how a doctor wouldn't know. Anyways, instead of offering another kind of BC, she said to try it for 3 more months, handed them to me, and that was it. As we were exiting the room (which we were in for about no more than 5 mins), she asks me how everything is. I felt as if she was kicking me out and was ridiculously speedy and didn't seem as if she even cared. Switched to a different doctor and I hope this experience will be better.

Dr. Anthony delivered my first and only baby. During the pregnancy I felt she was taking great care of me, but the moment I was on the delivery table she was a different doctor. She used offensive language while I was in the pushing stage and treated her nurse rudely. She was stunned to see that I had delivered a 9 lb baby 3 weeks early, who ended up with a fractured collar bone. She should have given me a C-section as I tore horribly and took almost a year to heal properly. She lied and told me I had healed nicely. I saw a different doctor several months later who told me I needed to have a "refashioned episiotomy" because things weren't quite right. The worst part of having her as my doctor was actually at my six week checkup. I was obviously very ill with postpartum depression. I could have handed my child over that day with no attachment whatsoever. I told her exactly how terrible I felt and she brushed my feelings aside and basically told me to suck it up for my child. I found the help I needed from a different doctor after that and am sad to think that other women will be treated the same way that I was.

I had my baby 5 years ago and am just now able to review this doctor(Dr Anthony). I can't go into details without hurting my feelings all over again. In short, I was fussed out by this doctor telling me I was not in labor when I called her in labor. I was put on bed rest for bleeding and taken back off because she wanted to make sure I could work in order to pay her. Needless to say, I started back bleeding and went into premature labor. Even check ups were rough. I now work in ob/gyn and am even more appalled by my experience. I didn't know what to expect since it was my first and only pregnancy. What should be a wonderful time of your life ended up terrifying me of having more children

When I went to see Dr.Anthony it was a very difficult time for me since I was in the process of having a miscarriage. The staff was friendly, wait time was short, and Dr.Anthony was wonderful. She was very kind and patient(with all the crying), and consoled me when all was done. She made sure I understood what was going on, as well as gave me a hug and let me know this was not my fault and that sometimes these things happen. She gave me some time of work to let things run its coarse, and to let me "grieve". She was truly a blessing in my time of need. Also was uninsured because I did not qualify through work yet, so they worked with me charging as low as she could since I was self paying. I would recommend her to any woman for your ob-gyn needs.

I love Dr. Anthony! My primary doctor for a few years was Dr. Chua, but when pregnant, I was encouraged to see both her and Dr. Anthony, so I did. Dr. Anthony was always personable, pleasant, and helpful, but also professional. She delivered my daughter, and is now the doctor I see for other visits the last few years. I had some trouble getting pregnant, and Dr. Anthony and her staff were helpful and are already helping me to determine our strategy when trying to conceive again. I highly recommend this doctor and this practice.

I have used Dr Anthony for years, she performed my total hysterectomy and has been like a friend when I go to her office even though she only sees me once each year now. She is always open to any questions I might have,

My experience with this Dr was not pleasant. She was very in-interested and un-amicable throughout my entire pregnancy and I chose to schedule most of visits with Dr. Chua, the other Dr. She was often short, and did not even say "Hello." When it came time to deliver my baby, I had a very difficult delivery, and had to wait for Dr. Anthony to be called 3 times to come over to delivery room when her office was a mere 3 mins away on another portion of the building. She came in for 10 mins, delivered the baby, and then quickly left without even saying good-bye and what to expect. (She does not like to give information. She believes you should just take her few words, or lack of, as law and reverence.) To make things even worse, I discovered her office never applied my payments to my insurance and overbilled me by several hundred dollars. I was refunded the difference but this was a complete bad experience.
