Arrogant! Horrible Doctor. She had an attitude before she even greeted me. She doesn't listen to the patient. She acts like I haven't been living with MY reproductive issues for 15 years. If you don't let her start over and try everything you've already tried, she gets an attitude like she doesn't realize you have already been there and done that. I truly think she doesn't know what she is doing so she starts from chapter one with everybody. Her attitude makes the physical exam more than comfortable.

Dr. Carter always listens and is very nice. She tells the truth and I like her frank responses. She has helped me to conceive at age 42. Great doctor.

I have pain and cramping with my periods, yet she says it may not be relared to the reproductive organs and that i should consult gastrointerology. She stormed into the room with a bad attitude before my appointment even began and started ranting about things that had nothing to do with me (I think she confused my chart with another that she read before entering the room.) I told her that her proposed treatment plan was not only one i had tried before, but that it had almost killed me in the past, and for that reason, i was unwilling to do again. Not to mention, the treatment did nothing for the pain and cramping. Her response was thatbecause SHE was not the doctor who documented it, that I should risk my life again so that SHE was satisfied that it did not work to satisfy her overinflated ego. I had alreadt submitted records frommy previous doctor detailing several failed treatment plans. Ursula Carter is sincerely insensitive and obviously sees HERS as the ONLY medical expertise.

I recently moved here from out of state and had the same OB/GYN for the last 15 years. I will be seeing Dr. Carter for the next 15 years God willing.
