When I go in for my daughters appointments- they are timely and the doctors and nurses are very attentive. And in a pitch for minor emergencies, they always work with us.

One of my friends that have children referred Dr. Vicki and DV Pediatrics to me. They keep my son healthy and he has had excellent care with Dr. Vicki.

Mrs. Knight-Mathis is the RUDEST doctor I've ever had. She was downright degrading, demeaning, and disrespectful. I am still in shock at her attitude. She was not concerned about me in the least. I'll never be visiting her again.

Simply the best! My children love the staff and the providers. My children have recieved all of their vaccines in a timely manner except one for which there was a national shortage. As soon as the shortage was over, they called and my child was vaccinated. Clinically very competent and up to date! For example,do you know that very recently a study showed that fever medication after shots may lower the shots effectiveness. Dr Vicki is very passionate about taking care of "her kids" as she puts it. When I ask a question she answers it, if she disagrees with what I think she tells me why she disagrees and then I think about what she says and make a decision. And by the way as a busy mom, I really appreciate the reminder calls and postcards for check ups.

Dr Vicki is OK but her staff is completely incompetent. It took over a to get a copy of my daughter's vaccination record because they claimed to be out of ink. One of the nurse practitioners yelled at me because I refused to let my then 11 year old get the gardasil vaccine. My daughter was there for the last time in June 2009 for a physical. In June 2010 they left a message on our answering machine saying that it has been over 2 years since she had been in and that we are neglecting her by not bringing her in for a check up and that she is behind on her vaccinations. She is not behind on required vaccinations. I have only refused the flu and gardasil vaccines. We will never step foot in DV Pediatrics again.

I can't believe this doctor!!!! I went to see her because a friend of mine goes there. I overheard her bad mouthing another pediatrician in the area, something about vaccines. I was so turned off and I will NEVER return. She couldn't help my child anyway. Think I'll check out that other pediatrician.
