I have read a certain comment made by a certain patient, and I do not agree with the comments one bit. I have been seeing both Dr. Dave & Dr. Jim Strickland for years, never have I had a problem with them or their staff members. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait time, but I have yet to go to any doctor, dentist, specialist and not had to wait for at least 30mins. at each visit, not to mention having to fill out paperwork everytime I go to other offices, but not at Dr. Strickland's office. I appreciate the fact that they do not do harmful silver (mercury filled) filling material to do your fillings, I want my teeth filled with safe, tooth colored material that is not harmful to my body. I take my 3yr. old to see them and she loves them, and never once have I had a bad experience at their office. I guess some people expect miracles when they cannot even keep their own mouths much less their childrens' mouths clean. Some people can never be pleased.

Originally I thought this office was great. I had an emergency tooth issue, severe pain, and they saw me within an hour of calling as a new patient. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the two doctors are ALWAYS late. We've waited for over 30 minutes for routine cleanings. When they "fixed" my 4 year olds' cavities, I was pleased when he said he'd do it without anesthesia, and just cleaned them out and put a resin (aka, more $$$) filling in 3 molars. Less then 2 weeks later, I was returning because she was complaining of pain. The second doctor ended up EXTRACTING the molar because it was "a dead tooth." HOW did the 1st one not NOTICE?! Plus, the decay travelled to the neighboring tooth!!! And my poor daughter has ANOTHER one of the "fixed" molars giving her problems, swollen gums, EXTREME pain, and they aren't returning our call. They also tried to charge me $250 for a lab fee that is covered by my insurance. Do NOT see these doctor's.
