"Dr. Khan is the most compassionate and kind Dr. I've ever seen. He treats you like you're his only patient. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything to you. His staff is also pleasant and make you feel comfortable. " not only did Dr Khan check on my via follow-up call, his staff also followed up a 2nd time.

HE IS A DISHONEST, DECEITFUL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY CON-MAN!!!!!!
It frankly causes me sadness and displeasure to write this review since I am a practicing medical doctor in the community. However, my moral duty and ethical beliefs compel me to inform and protect the public. My wife’s treatment plan and cost for tooth numbers 14 and 15 from this con-man is $8714.00 and our responsibilities are $5151.60. This con-man is a network provider for our insurance plan.
We perceived that this con-man was trying to do many unnecessary procedures thereby we sought additional opinions to confirm this suspicion. We went with another Oral Surgeon listed in our insurance plan. The proper treatment and costs for tooth numbers 14 and 15 were $2900.00 and our responsibilities were $1600.00.
This con-man’s modus operandi is that he comes across as kind with a soft- spoken personality and he gives you his mobile number. That is just a show! This con-man is money hungry and trying to swindle and cheat you with unnecessary procedures and put your health at risk. That is exactly what he was trying to do to us and he had the audacity to say “you are my colleague and I will take care of you”. Please seek a second opinion before choosing this deceitful “KHAN- MAN”!

Dr Khan and his staff are very professional and caring. HIGHLY recommend this office! After a bad experience, this is the only way to receive dental care.

Dr. Khan was absolutely wonderful!! He truly cares for his patients and makes the entire experience less stressful! I wish all doctors were more like Dr. Khan! You won't find a better doctor!

Dr. Khan is a very gentle and kind Doctor but his staff is not as nice. They were very rude to my mother and I and weren't very helpful in payment options. I overheard the secretary talking to someone on the phone and she stated they could create a payment plan for that person but not for us. I come in the day of my wisdom teeth extraction and all of a sudden we are made to pay the full procedure price when previously we were only explained what our insurance would cover and to sign if I understood. Not once was it mentioned that we were supposed to pay upfront. Both secretaries were very rude to us and my mother and I felt truly belittled then and there. I like Dr. Khan but until he hires some friendlier staff I will not be returning any time soon. I'm also glad I didn't refer my friends there or else they would have been treated the same way we were.

I have the worse fear of the dentist!I had 6 teeth pulled at 10am today and now its 12:30 am and I am not swollen and feel fantastic. Dr.Zane and staff made me feel so comfortable and taken care I didnt run out of the door screaming like I've done in MANY other offices here in jax. Don't go any where else to get your teeth pulled. That Man is a genius.

I am terrified of dentists. Dr. Khan was so nice and sincere, he made me feel so comfortable and safe. I had my wisdom teeth taken out and I was scared to go under but him and his staff made me feel at ease. I will say one thing though, Dr. Khan your receptionist is very mean. She is rude and dismissive. It was hard to make an appointment and she was very rude and just plain mean everytime I talked to her. Everyone else is amazing and nice and I was very impressed with your dental assistants they were all very nice.

I have always been terrified of DENTIST!!! But when time came for my wisdom teeth to be gone, Dr Zane Khan made such a great experience for me. He was very helpful and very caring. I would recommend him to anyone that is seeking for a dentist surgeon. If i could give more than 5 stars, ill totally do it.
