Dr. Rifkin is extremely nice, answers all questions and explains in detail your plan to better health. He is blunt and to the point, tells it like it is. Testing is done rather quickly. I had a stent put in and feel Dr. Rifkin cares about his patients with great followup care. I would highly recommend Dr. Rifkin to anyone with vascular problems. His staff is always happy and polite.
