DO NOT USE this office or doctors. UNETHICAL PRACTICES FRAUDULENT and LIARS!!!! My daughter went there for an annual appointment and labs which is covered 100% by insurance. When my daughter was seen by APRN, Rebecca Adams, Rebecca asked my daughter about another issue she had last year and my daughter answered the question. They (Millennium Physician Group - Green Cove Springs Primary-Care) then claimed to insurance that it was NOT a well visit which is covered 100% but instead MPG said it was a regular visit not covered by insurance since they talked about another issue. Instead of coding it to the insurance as a well visit they coded as something else so they can get cash from us and defraud the insurance company also. They billed us for the visit and for the labs. Over $260 they want in cash plus what the insurance company has already paid. I called MPG last month and the guy on the phone at MPG agreed what was done was unethical and said he would ask the office manager. The office manager replied no they would not re-code it and we have to pay. I called again today 4-1-24 and Mary said my daughter (which is in the medical field) is a liar and said my daughter brought up all of the issues which is untrue. All they have to do is code it right and not be liars but no. This group of doctors and this office are unethical and they are liars. They are lying to us and the insurance company which is fraud. They should be held liable. DO NOT USE this location and beware of other locations.

Dr Platt is the rudest most y compassionate doctor I have ever seen. Worst experience ever. Has no specialty in nothing but prescribing pain meds and medicinal marijuana. He is too old to continuing practicing medicine. He needs to retire as he is nothing but a joke!

#1 I'm not a frequent visitor of my doctor but I did see him for my kids over a period of six years. When I went to see him for myself, he asked if I was a new patient. I know I'm not that memorable but he had my records right in front of him. He had seen me as a patient and even done outpatient surgery on me at one time. #2 The last time I saw Dr. Platt for a problem his first question was, "What does Google say?" Really? He had no clue how to treat me. As a result I've changed physicians.
