I AM A 91 YEAR OLD WOMAN.I HAD PAINS IN MY SHOULDER AND KNEES.WHEN I WENT INTO THE TREATMENT ROOM THERE WAS A HIGH TABLE WITH A HIGH STEP.I AM HEAVY WITH VERY EDEMATOUS LEGS WITH VERY LIMITED MOBILITY.THE NURSE CROSSED HER ARMS AND WOULD'NT HELP ME GET ON THE TABLE.SHE TOLD ME THAT "ALL OF THE OTHER PATIENTS HAD NO TROUBLE GETTING ON THE TABLE."I IMMEDIATELY LEFT THE OFFICE.I WENT TO MY PRIMARY DR AND HIS STAFF CALLED THE OFFICE TO ASK THEM TO HELP ME ON THE TABLE.I WENT BACK FOR THE NEXT VISIT AND THE NURSE SAID "I CAN'T LIFT HER, SHE WEIGHS TWICE AS MUCH AS ME."DR ROSENBLATT AND THE NURSE HELPED ME ON THE TABLE AND HE SAID "YOUR DR CALLED ME AND BEGGED ME TO TAKE YOU BACK,OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE THROWN YOU OUT.YOU'RE THE ONLY PATIENT WHO HAS HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY STAFF."OBVIOUSLY THIS DR WAS AS UNEMPATHETIC AS HIS STAFF.AVOID THIS DR.

i went to Dr. Rosenblatt after being recommended to him by a surgeon. I was given a facet block which did not help. I had just been through a series of epiderals and told him they did not help. I also stated that I did not want anymore epidurals. When I returned in January he gave me an epidural. Not only did it not help I called because I was in pain and his assistant called me back to tell me he does not call patients because he gives shots all day. I went for an appointment and told the receptionist I needed to consult with the doctor. His assistant came out and said he would not see us and he would send my records back to my surgeon this was all done in the waiting room. I have never been treated this way by a doctor. He and his staff are not professional.

I went to this doctor at his new Delray office thinking that he would understand how to treat chronic pain but I was wrong. He was only willing to help me if I would allow him to do an expensive treatment in which heated electrodes are applied to specific nerves and I had already had this painful procedure done elsewhere and it was unsuccessful. I was shocked when he told me that he could no longer fill my pain medication rx (I had just moved here from another state) and wouldn't keep me as a patient. It was apparent to me that he was all about the money, not about helping chronic pain patients. If he had suggested something I hadn't tried I would have been willing to try it because I've been in pain 16 years and absolutely hate it. Think twice before going to Rosenblatt.
