I have a high deductible on my insurance. I had an in-office procedure with Dr. Krinksky. I was quoted approximately $300 by the front desk staff. I paid it. No problem at that point. Then several months later they sent me another bill for the SAME procedure for another $350. They said it was because they forgot to charge for some aspect of the procedure. I argued with them but finally I reluctantly paid it just to be done with it. Then several months after that (at this point more than 6 months after the procedure), I received yet another bill for the same original procedure for several hundred dollars more. They said it was a "facility charge," even though the procedure was done in his office. They told me, "we are allowed to charge for that." This was during a time in my life I was really struggling financially and it was a very stressful situation to be getting these additional bills that were not what I was quoted. Every time I tried to dispute it with the front desk staff, they had some other explanation that made no sense. The worst of all was the "facility charge" given that it was done in his office. After that experience, I did not go back. I would definitely not recommend him. On a side note, he tends to rush, which I also didn't like.

The staff is wonderful and the doctor is superb. He is very warm and gentle make you feel very relaxed.

The waiting room makes me feel like I'm at a spa: dim lights, soft spa-type music. The staff is friendly. They don't snap at patients. The doctor is thorough, spent a lot of time with me and has a sense of humor! CLOTH GOWNS!!! I mentioned all this to Dr Krinsky, who said, "going to the gynecologist can be anxiety provoking so we try to make it as comfortable as possible." That's why I rate him the way I do.

Promotes himself as being holistic, but really doesn't know that much. Staff is rude. Doctor is nice but rushes you in and out like a factory.
