The best of the best. I cannot emphasize how AMAZING Dr. Monton is. His appointments make my day. He is really born to be a doctor. As a patient that’s been living with HPV for over a year now I am beyond thankful for having him as my doctor. I am truly blessed. He is so knowledgeable, extremely caring, has the best sense of humour and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ve been seeing him for colposcopy. He explains every step of what he is doing and describes how you are going to be feeling during the procedure. He is also very reassuring. I am always looking forward for my next appointment.

I have been a patient of his since I was 15 years old, he saved my life when I went to surgery for a cyst on my ovary need to see him again as I have now moved back to Montreal and need a gynecologist asap, I am hoping I can go see him but cannot get through to his office as line is busy all the time

Not only is Dr. Monton one of the best doctors I have ever met, he is one of the best human-beings I have ever met. He is kind, caring, and goes out of his way to make sure that you’re healthy. Not only physically, but mentally as well. I have generalized anxiety disorder and developed PTSD from two traumatic births. When I became pregnant with my third, my anxiety was overwhelming. He did so much to make sure that I was okay and that I had every resource at my disposal. He made sure to be present for my third delivery, via c-section, and even though it happened at the height of a pandemic, all of my anxieties were calmed because I trust him implicitly and knew I was in the best hands. His presence alone is so calming.

I have been a patient of his for almost 20 years, and I dread the day that he retires. If I could give him more stars, I would.

the GYNO is always the most uncomfortable and scary doctor to go to and Dr Monton made even me, a chronically afraid patient, really comfortable. Took the time to explain things to me with diagrams and paper to pen. Super helpful.

Dr L. Monton is a true ANGEL and is the BEST gynaecologist/ obstetrician you can have. His calm personality and his funny sense of humour makes your visits very comfortable. He treats you as his family...always giving great advice and recommending knowledgeable specialists to help you. Being a patient of his for more than 25 years and having hormonal imbalances ,I honestly feel that without his guidance I would not of had my 2 girls today. He is always one step ahead and won’t stop until he finds a solution to help you get better.

Some people were born to be doctors and that's how I feel about Dr. Monton; he is a wonderful person who takes excellent care of his patients and is very knowledgable. He is kind, gentle, and I've never once felt rushed or dismissed by him (as sometimes women can be by male doctors). I had to have colposcopy recently and was really nervous, both for the procedure and the results. Dr. Monton and the nurse (I can't recall her name) explained every little step in detail and really made me feel at ease. They were incredibly kind and even had me laughing during the procedure! I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have Dr. Monton as my OBGYN.
