My referring Physician told me back in Apr-May of 2002 that he was sending me to the Best Urologist east of Montreal. He was right. Dr Bell is # 1. I felt comfortable from day 1. Tweny one years later i still see him.

I had two recent visits with Dr Bell after a recent spinal surgery. He is a great doctor that takes his time and shows compassion and empathy. We are fortunate to have him in Halifax.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Bell. It was for a test to take a look at my bladder. I was somewhat nervous. Dr. Bell and his nurse Gina were wonderful. Dr. Bell took excellent care of me. He has the ability to explain things clearly. He has a lovely bedside manner and a fantastic sense of humour. Don't hope to have to go back to see the urologist again but if I do I hope it's Dr. Bell. Thanks Dr. Bell.

Dr. Bell is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. He treated my husband for prostrate cancer. He always returned all of his phone calls promptly. He is very understanding and is the best.
