During our visits we have been greeted with construction noises and debris falling into our exam room while the dr was examining our then 10 day old son. Our latest visit today had us walking into a practice where the entire office was being painted where patients, parents & staff were exposed to the toxic fumes. I had an intense headache within a few minutes of being in the waiting room. Once we were seen by our dr. In the exam room the fumes got only more intense. We expressed our concern to the staff and they said nothing could be done. the owner of the practice (Dr. Bradley Bradford) called us, but was completely unapologetic. Clearly this is not appropriate business practice, but is this even legal? There certainly is no adequate ventilation for the patients, some as young as 4 days old, much less staff who have to work in these conditions! Not to mention they never open on time nor do they see newborns in a separate room like they promise when you interview them.

Horrible experience, I will not go back there. He does answer the phone 24/7 but that is not enough for me. I need a doctor with good bed side manners, and a friendly personailty to deal with my kids, I dont see that there.

Dr Bradford takes patient calls directly 24/7. There are no other pediatricians around that do that. He has been great for our 2 children, and they feel very comfortable with him. No problems at all
