I have been a patient of Dr.Hiltz for 20 years. I'm very happy with the service I received. I have recommended him to family and friends. He also has a very caring staff.

I wouldn't recommend him I have been with since I was little and is December had moved to a new dentist I am a dental assistant and realized how sloppy his work is I had fillings on the upper molars which he left the contacts opened where I get food stuck in and was charged for things that I didn't even know he he done. The worst part about my experience is when I tried to fight it his secretary threaten to send me to collections, he also told me I had 3 more fillings that had to be done when I switched after doing my schooling I know how to read an x-ray and even my new dentist said I didn't have any fillings very poor quality in a dentist.

The fact that Im young and have no dental insurance, does not mean that Im going to leave the clinic without paying . This doctor's secretary , or whatever she is made me feel like a thief . I went to this clinic with an awful pain , left with an even worse pain and also feeling like I had some sore of criminal record . Horrible experience in general .

Friendly and knowledgeable. Takes time to explain things and is also very chatty which put me at ease :) His assistants are all wonderful too!

Makes you feel as if you are part of an assembly line, does not take proper time to communicate with patients and relies too much of hygienists opinion. Moved along to a smaller dental clinic.

I've been with Dr. Hiltz for about 5 years now. I really like Dr. Hiltz as a person and a dentist. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. His office offers the most up to date technology and services and his receptionist, Andrea is awesome. My only complaint is the lack of time with Dr. Hiltz himself. While his dental hygienists are great, at times it seems that Greg rushes in at the end of an appt, glances over their work, talks mostly to them, says a quick 'hello', and leaves. The hygienist sometimes gives me a brief summary of worked needed AS I'm cashing out; something I would have liked to hear from Dr. Hiltz himself DURING my appt. So I leave not really understanding what I've been booked for. I often think about finding a new dentist, but stay because Dr. Hiltz is a great person. I just wish there was more face time with him so I wouldn't feel I was part of an assembly line.

Awesome dentist! We have been in his practice for 16 years and I would never go anywhere else! He is gentle with our kids and explains procedures well. I have had many procedures over the years...no pain, no complications. He is quiet, calm, and time efficient. As an added bonus, his staff are also REALLY great. We are loyal for life!

Dr Hiltz has been my dentist for sixteen years. During that time I have received excellent care. He has been patient, professional, and very thorough. I honestly have not experienced any pain during my many different procedures. He doesn't spend a lot of time chatting, which I really appreciate, and I find he tends to run on time and is quite time efficient. I have always felt fairly charged and have never experienced any problems with his work. He is a fantastic dentist and he has an amazing team. For the first time in my life I enjoy the dentist and I will never EVER go elsewhere.

Dr. Hiltz is very kind gentle and caring. His staff are wonderful. When I first came to his office I had a terrible toothache and I was in tough financial times. I told him this and he informed me there would be no bill. I have never heard of this happening anywhere. He is my families dentist for life.

Dr Hiltz is always ahead in tehcnology as someone pointed out but this would be due to the fact that he always pushes for the most expensive work. I also had him make a mistake in a procedure which I had to have redone, part of which had to me removed by another dentist and he made me pay for it from my pocket and would now own up to his mistakes. He is fortunate to have such wonderful staff because they do the majority of the work and hold his practice together. I always felt like I was on an assembly line as he popped from room to room...patient to patient..bottom line he made an error and he sent me away to have it fixed...my time...my pain etc. This was not covered a second time and I had to pay, when confronted I was told he would never pay for another dentists work!
