I will not go to this Dr., not a very good Dr. did not give me a warning about the side effect of the prescribed medicine, and the prescription medicine for side effects did not work.

Wow I am surprised at the bad reviews. I had my first visit today & was very pleased with the whole appointment. We got right down to business, no wasting time which I appreciated, like him I am also a busy person! He let me take a picture of his notes because he said I wouldn’t remember, which is so true! I’m very pleased with the whole experience.

I have been a patient of Dr Hurst's since 2007. He has removed several Basal-cell Carcinomas and has treated numerous Actinic Keratosis instances. The minor surgeries he has done has left little or almost no scaring and his treatments have kept my keratosis under control. He is very attentive and explains everything in a simple easy to understand fashion and he takes his time in listening to you. Dr Hurst's Nurse/receptionist is also very nice, polite, respectful and considerate. Dr Hurst's clinic is also very clean and sanitary which is comforting during these ongoing pandemic times that we face.

Dr. Hurst was quite helpful at my first visit with my autoimmune condition, Hopefully he will keep doing best job in follow up,... However, his receptionist is awful and not sure what's wrong with her, she needs some training how to be a good receptionist with a smiling face and courteous empathetic voice... Someone better let her know....

Dr Lorne was very rude and made me feel awful about myself. Very condescending and demeaning. He later called to yell at me about my insurance coverage because he incorrectly assumed that my plan would cover the medication and was angry because my coverage company contacted him and wanted the Dr to input a special request for it.

I am never going back, he made me feel more awful about my psoriasis than anyone ever has.

You would think that someone who specializes in skin conditions would be more compassionate and considerate with their patients.

I have athlete's foot, a life long affliction that requires daily medication to keep in remission. This doctor refused to refill my prescription because I didn't want to go into he hospital for a routine check up during the Covid-19 pandemic. My immune system is compromised due to Chron's Disease and the medication I am on to treat it.

I'm switching dermatologists as this was extremely inconsiderate and will advise any I converse with to do the same.

I booked for a skin issue and he made it clear he was surgical in nature only. It made me feel dumb going to a dermatologist for a skin issue ??
