The most amazing doctor. No one believed the pain I had with endometriosis, he was the first doctor who sat down with me and explained what I was going through. How the endometriosis could potentially have the ability to glue my bladder onto my uterus and other organs to cause so much pain I was enduring. Other doctors told me it was in my head, but he actually listened to me. I don't want kids, so going forward if these don't work, including exploratory laparoscopic surgery to take a look and see what is going on. He suggested if nothing works we will do a hysterotomy on me. So refreshing when we look at RvW in the US. This guy has your back 100 percent. Never judgmental, A big shout out to a doctor who understands woman's needs. So grateful to my GP for recommending him. Cant say enough about him.

Dr shone delivered my third child and it was a great experience. Everything went smooth and calm and he made sure I wasn’t going to have a hectic experience like past births.

Dr. Shone performed my two cesareans. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with him and his team! Hands down, he is the guy to choose if you have a choice. First one was an emergency, the second was a scheduled one, a year later. Both experiences were absolutely TOP NOTCH! His anesthesiologist.. really made me as comfortable as I possibly could have been, and I always liken my second birth to a day at the spa, thanks to Dr. Shone and whoever his anesthesiologist was.
He made my first incision quite small. The second, he made not even a millimeter bigger than the first. All in all, the care was incredible at the Abbotsford Regional, and Dr. Shone made it truly a great experience.

Dr Shone is incredible! He performed my C section and it was an incredibly positive experience. I was deemed a higher risk pregnancy and was referred to him in my last trimester. He is calming, knowledgeable, reassuring and professional. He had zero judgment during our in person visits and was so supportive. Highly recommend him as an OBGYN.

Dr.Shone is absolutely fabulous, nice, knowledgeable and THOROUGH, for a mama like me who has a lot of health issues with pregnancies he is literally a god send! I'm currently under his care with my second babe and I can not praise him and his staff enough. Melissa at his office always puts me at ease and makes whole experience very easy, straightforward and pleasant.
