My pregnancy journey has been horrendous thus far. Doctors all over the place have been dismissive. Today I found out it was ectopic. He was brought in to the emergency department to see be and he is a bright light in this troublesome time. Caring, attentive, and funny. I will be forever grateful for him for saving me.

I needed my Mirena IUD placed but have a tilted uterus so I was referred to him, so it could be guided by ultrasound. The procedure was quick and much less painful than I anticipated. He was gentle and explained every step in detail and allowed me to watch on the screen.
He was ready for me before my appointment time was even scheduled, and his receptionist is very kind and welcoming.

Forever thankful, and grateful - I ended up in the hospital this past November with a 13cm cyst wrapped around my right ovary, Dr Shone greeted me and went over my CT scan and Ultrasound results at the hospital, he was so great. Dr Shone did my emergency surgery, he went over everything with me prior to and after my surgery. Dr Shone called me as soon the results came back regarding my cyst, and he also sent off something from my Uterus that he found while during surgery that didn't look right, the results for both were devastating as I was informed of cancer found in both my Ovary and Uterus. Dr Shone was so empathetic, and compassionate, he has helped me so much throughout all of this, and I am forever thankful for him. The front receptionist is also so amazing, she was always so helpful with getting me in and following up. Thank you to you Dr Shone and your amazing staff.

I cannot recommend him enough! I had an emergency c-section and felt so safe in his care despite the nerve wracking procedure. Him and the ARH OR staff were fantastic.
My birth was extremely traumatic leading up to the c section but once I was placed in Dr Shone’s care everything went really smooth.

I've been seeing Dr shone for 14 years, ive had 5 pregnancys, 3 of those pregnancys were surrogacys and he has always been super supportive of them and my needs and he's really caring he takes the time to make sure you get everything you need answered he also takes the time to show you the baby of the computer. I wouldn't choose anyone else!!! He is the best !

Most painful IUD insertion of my life. Did not offer any form of anesthesia like I’ve had during my previous two IUD insertions. He said “just think of the pain as the alternative to labour”.
