Worst pediatric experience of our lives. We literally waited a total of 47+ minutes on hold just to MAKE an appointment. When my wife calmly pointed this out to the woman on the phone, her response was, "Yeah, we're really busy today." No apology whatsoever. For our appointment, we requested the Coral Springs office, and when she asked if we know where it is, we replied with, "On University and Sample". The woman on the phone confirmed the location to us. We arrive at the office early to start filling out all the necessary paperwork. After a bit of paperwork, they tell us that our daughter doesn't have an appointment there, but rather, it's in Boca Raton. We explained what had happened trying to make an appointment, and the woman replies with, "Do you know where the Boca office is?" Seriously? Again no apology or help in any way. We asked if they have any appointments available for the next day. We were told the next available appointment wouldn't be for another 5 days.

I have used Dr Katz and other Dr's on his staff for 17 years. I love him. He is very kind with the children and really knows his stuff. His staff is amazing and kind. Kids like Dr Katz very much.

Awesome doctor! Takes the time to give your child a thorough examination. He is up to date on teh recent studies with vaccinations and introducing foods to babies:)
