My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Bellemore for more than 10 years. She is very professional, knowledgable and has a very pleasant personality. Her products are top quality and always the latest fashion. I strongly recommend Dr. Bellemore to anyone looking for new eye doctor.

The staff here are really unprofessional. Couldnt believe how long I had to wait before they even aknowledged me. They were too busy gossiping to say hello I guess. The doctor was ok (seemed knowledgable and thorough) but really tried to push the products after keeping me waiting almost 40 minutes. I had to get back to work, and couldnt get the staff to give me my prescription. When the optical I ended up going to called to have it faxed over, it took 2 days and several phone calls before they did it. Over all, would not go back and would not reccomend this office.

I recently switched to Dr. Bellemore and had the most comprehensive exam ever. The staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Bellemore took the time to listen and really cared about my needs. She explained everything to me and took the time to make recommendations for glasses and my dry eyes. No one took so much time with me before. Her staff were equally caring and attentive. They made me feel special. I like that. I will recommend my friends and family.

I never had a problem with Dr. Bellemore, nor did she ever pressure me into buying anything. From what I remember she was friendly and professional. The staff at the office is horribly rude though. I would call and complain but they would be the ones to take the complaint. There is a man who works there behind the desk who seems nice, however. The rest, I'm not sure... I have never had such rude service. I mean out and out rudeness and hostility. It was shocking. I stopped buying my glasses there a few years ago because of the treatment I received. And ater my last experience with the staff I decided to seek out a new Dr. Dr. Bellemore was always kind and pleasant, but I can't stand the thought of interacting with the staff one more time.

Staff is cold. I attended with my son for weekly vision training for over 10 weeks. The staff would not remember who I was every week. I had to say my name even time though it's on the screen in front of them and we were the only appt for the night. Same staff every week. Then we had to listen to them gossip while my son was in training. It was such a distraction. Dr. Huang is much better than Bellemore. If it wasn't for Dr. Huang I would not return. Jack is good. He'll remember you. Bellemore is too rushed. Hurry everyone in then hurry them out. Doesn't like to take her time to answer your questions. I've been going there for 18 years with my kids. My kids see Dr. Huang.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Janice LOVES her job!!! We came to her for second opinion for our 4 year old and do not regret our decision. Dr. Janice spent over one hour with our little guy and we are all thankful for revising his previous prescription. She is great with kids and very personable. I would recommend her to anyone, especially parents with children. It is not all about sales pitches... Sure they want you to purchase from them they all do. We did, and 10 months later they replaced my son's scratched lenses with a new frame and my wife's lenses accidentally broken by our daughter - NO COST! Try going to Hakim Optical or any other place – it’s the same. Jack @ her office is AWESOME! He's even adjusted and fixed my glasses purchased from another place - no questions or cost. Do not hesitate to use Dr. Bellemore - FANTASTIC doctor and GREAT service!

Nothing but sales! Sales! Sales!! Only wanted money and kept me there for 3 hours... then wouldn't give me my prescription unless I paid for another type of eye exam procedure. What a rip off!!
