I have been going there for a very long time, Dr. Gottholds was always a very caring and compassionate doctor. It seems as his practice has gotten bigger the office has lost their caring ways. The office staff is rude, you wait forever to see anyone. I have taken my child for a shot only visit and waited almost 45 minutes, when I asked the front desk I was told they were waiting for a nurse, when I saw the nurses all standing around laughing and talking. I called today to talk to a nurse I called for almost 2 hours the message stated that they were in the office but were busy either call 911, go the local ER or call back later. You could not even leave a message. It's a shame how the office has changed so much.

We love Dr.Gotthold. He is an outstanding physician who kids adore. He is often running late but explained that to us right up front when we were considering switching to his practice. Once you get to see him though he always spends a lenthy amount of time answering any questions or concerns,going over all treatment options and really has a genuine concern for his clients well being. We have been with his practice for almost 4 years and could not be happier. He has always taken exceptional care of my children and they have seperate sick/well waiting areas which I lve and feel should be the standars. The only complaint i would have is that like other posters have said it is difficult to speak to a staff member right away when you call and their lunch message is up ALOT but I have always had my calls returned promptly. Wonderful doctor...would highly recommend.

The new automated phone system makes it cumbersome to get through to anyone. No one ever seems to return calls...you have to keep calling. The outgoing message has "out to lunch" most days from 11:30 to 2:15...nice lunch break :( The caring friendly staff has changed. The receptionist and some other new staff just can't be bothered. Sad...it used to be a friendly staff.

My kids have been patients of Dr. Gotthold for over 10 years. He is a wonderful doctor and my kids and I trust him completely. He cares very much about each patient and their family.

Dr. Gotthold is a wonderful pediatrian. He combines his knowledge as a doctor with his experience as a father. He explains the medical research and common client situations thoughout the years and is very reasurring to a new mother. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is a very friendly person who always seems generally happy to see your children. Also see comments about him listed under Dr. Patricia Scott who he shares a practice with.
