Best Doctor, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable, doesn't rush you through appointments. He delivered 2 of my children.
Debbie, on the other had was nasty. She put you through the second degree to see the doctor, she'd make remarks in front of waiting patients, she wrote a very nasty note to the doctor making a judgements of a friend of mine...I saw the note... she shard my personal information with her friends over the phone out of my chart...I caught her!! I confronted her and Dr Killcollins and ended up leaving to another doctor. I reported her to the medical board. She shard my children's personal issues with people sitting in the waiting room and would always say loudly what my visit was for, reguardless of who could hear. Dr said he couldn't fire her but understood my concerns. The medical board said it was up to the doctor to fire her.... I left!

Dr cal has been my dr since I was born. His receptionist is my grandmother. And I promise you if dr cal ask her to come back to work (5 years now they’ve been retired) she would ask “what time do you want me in tomorrow” that lady dedicated her life to that clinic. And shame on you. She is a very liked and known women around the community.

Dr Cal is a great doctor. his secretary is a wing nut thought. i have been calling the office for a month now, and i cannot get through because she always has the answering machine on. if i was really sick, i most likely be dead by the time she would be able to schedule me in. his practice would be far better off with a new secetary!!

I love having Doctor Cal as our family doc. He is very comforting and is always sure to take the time to make sure you understand and will take all the time you need to answer questions. I always expect to have a long wait in his office, but it doesn't bother me because I know he's taking the extra time with his other patients that he does with me. He is not ashamed to admit when he doesn't know something and will point you in the right direction. Awesome beside manner and great with kids. I have nothing negative to say except that I have no idea what we'll do when he retires!

My Mom took me to him when he first started his practice in Windsor and I continued to go to him until I moved away. I haven't lived in NS for 16 years and he still asks my Mom how I'm doing. I have been looking for 16 years for a doctor to replace Dr. Kilcollins and make me feel just as comfortable. I have yet to find that doctor. (T. Saunders - Toronto, ON)

Have been going to dr cal since he opened his practice . I find him to be a excellent doctor not arrogant like some i came across at outpatients. A very kind and caring doctor

I have been going to Cal for 32 yrs and have been through alot,My daughter almost died at 6 months of age but she is fine today.Also had a premmie at 30 weeks 20yrs ago and Dr Kilcollins drove in the ambulance to the old Grace with me,me and my family could not of asked for a better and more caring dr then him.Heather Dunbar(Foley)

I've been going to Dr. Kilcollins since he's been in Windsor. He is a very good doctor, with a VERY large patient load. It will be a sad day when he retires. I feel he is part of my family as do my parents and my children. Due to the large patient load he has he is not taking new patients understandably. I hope who ever take over for him is as caring and sweet as Dr. Cal. Dr.Cal has done alot for my family in caring for my mother when we had our car accident 22 years ago beyond what he had to do . He would call my dad and let him know what the Doctors in the QEII had to say about her recovery and to see who my sister and we're doing. He is the best!!
