I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bowes. I recently had fillers and Botox and had a wonderful experience. She has been doing my daughter's injections for years as well as seeing my husband for a hand condition, so I finally made the decision to go in and be seen. I am so happy that I finally did. Not only is Dr. Bowes highly educated, she is caring, and very gentle, taking her time with you and answering question in detail. I had Radiesse injected as well as Juvaderm. I am thrilled at the results and how natural it looks. I was hesitant to do Botox but now I am line free. I'm also happy that my skin check turned out normal (my parents are from the North of Spain and have had skin cancer). The parking is easy. I used the valet at Mercy Hospital and it was hassle free. The office is beautiful, the suits are extremely comfortable and you can enjoy a beautiful water view, and navigate the internet while you are there. It was like a spa day, but only better!

Being obsessive compulsive, a perfectionist and having a high esteem and vanity, it was necessary to find a solution to get rid of my excess fat around my waist and lower abdominal area. I am a person who eats very lean and healthy, I exercise and I am very much aware of my physic. Not only for the above mentioned reasons, but because my profession calls for a young attractive appearance. There wasn't enough exercise, dieting, or stretching that would reduce these bothersome areas form the excess fat. Coolsculpting became the solution, not only Coolsculpting but the trust and knowledge offered by Dr. Leyda Bowes during the first consultation. In my case, after 5 weeks my pant size dropped from 31 to 20 .Now, three months later I am size 28, I am 5'11 and weigh 161 lbs. It's important to know that there is a strict follow up, good eating habits, habitual exercise, and a constant observance of your figure.

Very nice experience at Bowes Dermatology...I visited Bowes Dermatology with a concern about my skin health and to improve (lift) the corners of my mouth (which was giving me a tired, sad look). The staff was excellent in their customer care skills and the doctor was great. I had a detailed skin examination and was prescribed a nice thorough regimen for my sensitive skin. Dr. Bowes also performed Restylane injections to lift the corners of my mouth. They did numb me with a super Strong numbing cream prior to the procedure, so the injections were not that uncomfortable at all. I am thrilled at what this filler did to my facial image and how it lifted the corners of my mouth. Dr. Bowes' technique was artistic and highly skilled. Very happy with the overall process and give it five stars (despite a little bit of a wait to see the doctor, around 20 minutes).

The facility that meets your eye the moment you open the door to either of Dr. Bowes' two office spaces is soothing, comfortable, and tasteful. Soon the politeness and knowledgability of the staff matches this first positive impression. Then consults and procedures with Dr. Bowes or one of her technical staff members carries through to make this an excellent experience. So far I've had good results from my treatments here and they could not have been delivered with greater expertise.

The Bowes Dermatology groups in Miami, FL are in one word. Outstanding! I have been a patent for many years. Everyone, the Office Staff, Assistants, and Doctors have always been true professionals. Excellent skin doctor. Went to her for my rosacea, which was always flared up. She did laser treatment which improved it significantly. Also did botox and fillers with her. My entire family including my son (3 y/o ) sees Dr.Bowes for various conditions and cosmetic treatment, and she always delivers the best results. Fine lady, best doctor, great staff.

Best dermatologist I have seen in Miami, given my long suffering with skin cancer. The doctor sees my entire family, and they are all highly satisfied with the quality of her care and her super polite staff (a rare finding these days). She has kept my skin clear of skin cancer, my wife wrinkle free, and my daughter acne free. The best, the most straightforward, and least commercialized despite her great training.

I have known Dr. Bowes since late 2008 and she does my Botox injections periodically. She has always done a superb job, and makes me look refreshed and natural! She has also seen me as a patient for some acne I have had in the past year or so, and has done an excellent job as well. What I value the most about her is that she is my cosmetic dermatologist, but has not stopped being a doctor, continues to give me healthy skin advise and sees me for medical reasons when I need it. I highly recommend her as a doctor and as the most well-trained cosmetic dermatologist in the Miami area.
