A few years back I went to Dr Waldman - he was at another office then...he did a rot canal on my front tooth - I already had a root canal on the other front tooth years before he did this one...after the root canal upon walking out of his office my filing fell out - YES MINUTES LATER... now my left front tooth is turning brown while the other root canal done by another dentist is still white... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE....I will NEVER recommend this dentist to my worst enemy- and from my memory he wasn't very nice either....

Dr. Waldman himself is not a nice person. I went in to have a tooth pulled that was broken. It should have been free with my insurance. They charged me 195 dollars for a lot of made up work. The charges were for draining an abcess, which i did not have, and cutting my gum and some other made up charge. He did not cut anything, it was not even a surgical extraction (which i was charged for). I am still trying to get my money back, the staff does not call me back when they say they will. I have not been rude in any way.

Dr. Waldman was able to save my tooth when two other experts told me that there was no way to save it. I thought an implant was the only way to go and that was going to be expensive. Dr. Waldman not only saved my tooth but I have no pain. He truly performed a miracle. His prices were affordable, he and his staff were very accommodating. I found Dr. Waldman to be friendly yet professional. If you are looking for a dentist, definately give him a try.

The first time I had an apt. with Dr. Waldman I was pleased so when it came time again to get another cleaning I went back there and so did my Husband (he saw Dr. Goss). This time I never even saw the dentist. Which I am not sure why I even had to pay the maximum fee for an office visit when all I saw was the Hygenist. My husband ended up having to have a root canal and some cavities filled. They only give the clear fillings which our insurance doesn't cover so if they did the silver it would of been free for us but they didn't mention this at all. Root canals are a two step process he had the first step completed and paid in full. We ended up losing our insurance after this and called to let them know to put a hold on ordering the crown then a year later got a bill for the remainder of the service (which we never completed) because they had the crown sitting there but never told us until now!!! HORRIBLE will never go back!!!!

He seems distracted when he's working on me, but he took the time to explain about the problem I was having in detail. He does seem to like to talk to everyone around you when he's working, however, I've been a patient for quite some time and so far I've had no issues other than a possible root canal. He doesn't push for services you don't need.

I recently took my 3 year old daughter in for her first dental exam and cleaning. He was very gental and explained everything to her before he did it. He also took time to explain everything to me and she can't wait to go back. His front office staff were very nice as well and we only had to wait for about 5 minutes to go back.

Dr Waldman recommended a three pontic bridge in early May. During the whole procedure (the reduction of two of my healthy teeth for a temporary bridge fitting) the DR talked over me to his assistant about politics. Made me think he wasn't focused on the task at hand. After the first week of pain I had to get a root canal on one of the my teeth - saw an endodontist($925.00). After two more weeks of pain I had (that is I came up with the solution)the middle of the temporary bridge removed by another dentist. This stopped the continuous pain since the tooth with the root canal could not support the weight of the other pontic next to it - the gap in between the two teeth was too great. I am now under the care of another dentist who will eventually place crowns on the original two teeth by the end of June since I had to give up on a bridge. In other words I will be back to the same situation from where I started except I will be out over three thousand dollars in spite of having insurance.

I went in a couple of years ago (I am giving a review now b/c I just found this site) with a lot of pain on my upper right side of my mouth. I had xrays done and right away Waldman told me I needed a root canal. When I started tearing up (with thoughts of the pain and money that would be spent), he told me that this way nothing to cry about and basically to quit being a baby. I was 29 at the time and think that mouth pain is the worst pain. He sent me to the specialist and they did follow-up xrays, after I was told it would be 600 dollars for a root canal. After the second set of xrays, I was asked if I ate any popcorn lately. I had eaten some the night before and told them so. The assitant told me I more than likely had a kernel jammed in my gum and to give it a few days. Sure enough, it fell out a couple of days later. If I would have listened to what Waldman said I would have had an uneccessary root canal and been out 600 dollars. Get a second opinion if you go to him.

Dr. Waldman viewed my xray and did a quick observation of my condtion. He was not nice about what he observed. I felt and still bad about the about the experience.
