the service is very poor. the building is dirty and filthy. the female dr. has no respect for patients.

This office was HORRIBLE. The front desk lady was rude and called me stupid! She lied to me and said she had to have my fathers social because he the offical name on my insurance. I told her my father was in IRAQ and I could not simply call him and get that info. I called my insurance company bcbs and they told me it was not a LAW that she didnt need to knoww that information. As I was on the phone the lady named maryann ( font desk lady) Said " are you stupid? can you not read?" and pointed to the NO CELL PHONE sign.. My insurance agent overheard this and told me she would find me another Dr. that I did not need to be treated like that especially since later on I found out I had broncitius. The waiting room patients kept telling me how she was always like that. As I was walking out one of the patients pointed and said the Dr's wife ( office manager) is coming in speak to her. I tried to talk to her and she ignored me and walked away. I have never been treated so horrible.

had to force dr to request a specialist for daughter for her tonsils. being a representative for social security screening approval....they said themselves, we never let anyone get approved
