Awesome doctor! However the receptionists at this clinic is beyond horrible. Ridiculous. Especially Crystal, they need to fire her because she does not respect privacy or patient’s feelings. She is good for corruption and asking for gifts all the time. She is illmannered and does not have any respect for anyone. Very unhelpful and awfully rude.

Dr Tsang is the nicest Doctor you will ever meet. He is super knowledgeable, polite, and well mannered. On the other hand, his receptionist Crystal is the rudest reception I've seen before. Speaks to you with a ridiculously impolite and ill-mannered attitude. Would literally give you an earful in front of your face, because you are trying to figure out your schedule. I feel so sorry that such an awesome doctor and all the patients there have to deal with this short-tempered reception.

The best doctor I ever had. Very patient and knowlegeable and detail- oriented. He asked a lot of questions and listened carefully before making judgements . Care for his patients as well! Accurate diagnosis ! Highly recommended

This guy is the real deal, a fantastic GP. I work in the medical field and have seen my fair share of bad docs. Always appreciate Dr. Tsang's patience and empathy. He's attentive, sharp and on the ball when ruling out possible conditions, up to date with current practices, and very knowledgeable. Thanks for being a great doc!

Also agree with the other comments. Doc is top notch. Receptionist can be incredibly rude at times though.

Great doctor with excel knowledge, truly cares for you. But the receptionist Crystal has an awfully bad attitude, poor manner and very judgmental.

Dr. Allan Tsang is top notch and Secretary Crystal has been nice to my family and I. Crystal expects you to be punctual so I suspect she has very little patience for people who waste her time.

Dr Allan Tsang is an extremely knowledgeable doctor - he is courteous & patient & is one of the better doctors I have come across. Unfortunately he is let down by his staff Crystal who is the exact opposite & she is rude, irresponsible & uncaring.
