He is the worse excuse for a Medical Doctor that I have ever encountered in the many years that I have been under doctor's care for my numerous health conditions. He has miss_diagnosed me three different times with in the 6 months that I began seeing him. First, encounter with him, i was having problems with my stomach and he refused to give me a referral to (my already) gastroenterology doctor. Then when he finally did give me the referral ( only after explaining to him that, that doctor (gastroenterologist) had been seeing me for GERD for several years.) The gastro-doctor odered an ASAP MRI which I couldn't get done right away due to the incompetence of his office staff and the Doctor's refusal to approve the order! Secondly, when he did get the results of the MRI he miss-diagnosed the results of the MRI ( referring me to surgeon for a condition that I didn"t have ( This tells me that he does not have the knowledge that a medical doctor needs to be able
to read or medically interpret the medical terminology )as the result he prescribed the wrong medication (for something that was for some totally different condition) . He doesn't care about the patients welfare, he is rude and unprofessional in his treatment of elderly patients. He seems to care only of getting as many patients in even to the point of over booking in order to get his $$$ from medicare and health insurances. He is afraid of filling out any paperwork that requires his signature ( like the renewing of a Handicap Placard Application even when he has the medical history to verify the physical condition in the file already. He says "he is afraid of getting his medical licence taken away. This type of paranoia tells me he has something to hide...big time!! Recently, I request a Doctor"s letter verifying my health condition's that would prohibit me from being able to function if selected for jury duty) which I intended to send to the court along with the jury summons requesting an excusal from appearing. He wouldn't sign that either...saying again that he was not going to lose his medical license and did not want to be summoned to court! He has my medical history file that shows that due to my back condition, I can''t sit in one position too long or stand or walk for along distances> His insists on me getting an MRI in order to sign anything. I do NOT recommend this QUACK He 's got this arrogant "GOD Complex "That it's his way or if you don't like it you can change doctor's And believe that's just what I'm going to do!!

Made an appointment for my wife for a routine checkup and for labs this year. As I was trying to make the appointment over the phone the receptionist kept cutting me off in the middle of my sentences and put me on hold multiple times without telling me she was putting me on hold! EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. After an extremely frustrating experience just over the phone, my wife gets to the office only to be "greeted" by another rude team member. I believe it was the tech or MA. Doctor came in and looked very unkempt, like he hadn't slept for days. Overall, horrible experience.

Totally deceived with Dr. Rodrigo Baltodano. I got the feeling that he is a bad listener and he doesn't communicate much. Actually I was required to tell my symptoms to the doctor's assistant before getting to see him. Also, there's a young woman in his staff who is very rude. And get ready to pay your insurance co-payment prior to receive the "service". This lady called my name and without a "good morning" she said I had to pay $15. I went there twice and won't go back.

This doctor was great. Their office is new and very clean. I went in for various problems including heart blockages and diabetes and lung cancer. He took care of all of my issues until he found recurrent cancer and referred me personally to a local cancer doctor all in one day. I appreciated his taking the time to do things personally for me. His office is really well organized and call me long distance on my cell all the time to confirm appointments without charging me anything. He has alos seen my wife and agreed to have her mail her copay in when she came in for appointment without it. I highly recommend him.

I went to see this doctor for a D.O.T physical. I also brought up some issues with my heart and he saw me for those too. He didn't refer me to a cardiologist, but instead did the work up a different day and saved me a lot of time by doing it himself. The nurse was very quick.

We were new to the area and called to make an appointment. When I gave my phone number the receptionist said they do not make long distance calls (my phone number had moved with me). She said they would call and leave a message for me to call back. I said I never heard of anything like this. She said it was office policy. My wife and I spent almost an hour filling out paperwork. Some of it was ridiculous. After that they insisted I pay upfront. I said the doctor didn’t even exam us and does not have a diagnosis. She said I had to pay upfront it was office policy. The doctor came by and was very arrogant about his office policies. We felt as if they were doing us a favor and treated like a piece of trash. Everything was answered with "this is the office policy." We never actually saw the doctor. If you go here be prepared to feel as if you are in prison and must follow the office rules. We walked out.

I am a cancer survivor, am currently on medication and have been under my oncologist's care here in the Orlando area for approximately 2 years. During my first visit with Dr. Baltodano,he was very rude to his nurse, very condescending to me, refused to give me a referral that is required by Aetna to see my oncologist and ordered a heart test he told me nothing about during our visit. His explanation for refusing to give me the referral was that he could do anything the oncologist was doing in his office. I had a very bad experience and would not recommend him to anyone.
