i know for a fact paul- his nurse carl and dr cowans nurse go above and beyond for there patiences dr COWAN IS A VERY COMPANSION DR GOOD T-E-A-M- KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB ALL

Front office staff is abrupt and rude. Doctors and PA's are good. However, after 5 years of rude treatment by the front office staff I refuse to be subjected to it anymore. My family and I are seeing another physician simply because of the office staff at Primary Care Specialists on Orange Avenue.

paul the pa is awsome so caring gives 100% dr cowan is good and his nurse helped a friend of mine she was so nice

Most of the office staff were rude, lazy and incompetant. Paul (the PA) is excellent and one of the receptionists was very nice. Dr. Cowens nurse was especially rude. Billing was terrible and I was accused of owing money when, if fact, Dr. Cowen's office owed me money (they finally paid me after a long sturggle). Because Paul was so good, I was disappointed to have to find another doctor.
