The front desk lady is awful. Made an online appointment 3 days prior to showing up and despite the appointment being confirmed via email, it wasn't in her computer. I had taken the last of my medication the previous day, but she wouldn't even let me talk to the doctor about getting it refilled while I waited for the next available appointment 3 days later. I contacted another doctor's office and made an appointment. Doctor Hudson is good, but your office is only as good as your staff and the front desk lady lacks compassion and intelligence. Never going here again!

I don’t even want to give this place one star! The only reason there’s one star is for Gretchen. She is the only decent person in that whole building! Their staff is absolutely terrible, especially the front desk. Always incredibly rude.
The fact that it’s continued for the six years I’ve been a patient speaks volumes for the way that this office is ran!

Awful experience. I needed a refill for my maintenance prescriptions. I'm avoiding doctor's offices and medical facilities as well as other places that may put me at a higher risk of being exposed to Covid-19. They declined to do so because it had been more than 6 months from my last appointment. Their robotic response offered no options. No consideration for current customers (patients). Very bad!!! Avoid this practice since they have no accountability and just give you attitude over the phone.

WAS a new patient (never going back) told me to continue taking a prescription I DON'T ACTUALLY take and never have. The office phone is never - and I mean NEVER - answered. You have to leave a message, which, of course, is NEVER returned.

Wow! Probably the quickest and most efficient doctor appointment I have had in all of my 45 years! The front staff was very pleasant. The doctor was in very quickly after I was taken to my room. I was honestly expecting to be in the room for another 20-30 minutes before the doctor came in. That was the typical experience that I have had. I don't think 5 minutes passed before the doctor came in and helped me. He was very knowledgeable and referred me to others for some extended care. All in all, I was there for less than 30 minutes total. Really great crew in this location.
