I called their office two times. First time I called was on March 20, 2014, Thursday. Super rude receptionist told me the nearest appointment is available for the first week of April, but she cannot book it right now, and I have to call back on Monday. When I called back on Monday, March 24, the same lady picked up the phone. She said there's nothing available for the first week of April, and I have to call back next week. When I said that I just called last week, and was told to call back on Monday to book an appointment for the first week of April, she started raising her voice saying that she cannot book an appointment for me. Will never call Federico Hung again.

Amazing Doctor. had my immigration appointment and went so smoothly. The staff is nice and cooperative and Dr. Hung is very polite as well. Only had to wait for 15 mins to fill the forms and identity verification. Explain the procedure and told me what they will be checking with the blood sample and all. The premises are clean and easily approachable. The X-ray facility is 5 mins away and super quick service too. I will DEFINITELY Recommend Dr. Hung to anyone especially for Immigration Medical Exam.

while at times rush, perhaps that is why he is always on time or close to it, he will take the time to answer questions, and explain what is happening.

Dr. Hung has been my family doc since birth. In fact, when my mother had me prematurely, he even came to visit us in the hospital. I've always been very happy with his care. He's open-minded, attentive, and always has time for all my questions and concerns. I've since become a health care practitioner, and still continue to see Dr. Hung despite living downtown.

I always feel rushed out when seeing Dr. Hung. He doesn't listen to your questions and have heard many people have been misdiagnosed by him. Never answers your questions or gives you a proper check up.

He's been my family doctor for years and has misdiagnosed be a few times. I usually go to him as an absolute last resort when I have to see someone immediately.

seemingly a good doctor, however, doesnt always listen to patient questions and seems hurried and at times unconcerned.

Great Doctor, never a waite to see him, helped me with my asthma, overweight issue and sleep apnea, coundn't ask for more, been my family doctor for 10 plus years
