Dr Moon cares about the people she sees and take's care of. The office is busy, because she is such a good doctor. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes for my appointment. She is a very skilled Doctor, who I highly recommend.

her facility is the worst place to have as your primary doctor . they have no customer service manner . they don't care for patients.

her office hours stink, hard to get appointments, always ordering tests and lab work that is not needed.

This Doctor LAGS is filing paperwork with insurance. She orders tests even for things she SAYS are irrelevant. She does not notify the insurance so the patients are stuck with the bill. I have a stroke patient who due to her lack of communication with the insurance company has let paperwork lag beyond filing dates forcing the patient to pay $400 for a test she requested and never filed with the insurance. Her staff rarely gets the insurance information correct EVEN with regular patients. This doctor has very little concern or clear path for the better health of her patients
