I concur with the other person's comments...I haven't been treated by Dr. Yip recently (it was years ago, in fact), but now that this system is here, it is a good place to warn people about bad experiences. He was so horrible to deal with, but I had to return because of my insurance limitations...however, the next time I didn't go alone. I brought my mom with me because he wouldn't stop when I would need him to...it's so true about him not caring whether or not you raise your hand to say stop and give him feedback. He had the audacity to tell me to 'don't talk until it's over.' I needed my mom to be my "patient advocate." I would never recommend him to anyone. He got the job done, but at a high physical and emotional cost to me! :(

Punctuality - HE KEEPS PATIENTS WAITINH WHILE HE INTERVIEWS POTIENTIAL EMPLOYES, NAPS, AND ARGUES WITH HIS EMPLOYEES IN HIS OFFICE.Helpfulness - he IS rude, arrogant, AND just plain mean? HE WILL ASK "WHY ARE YOUR TEETH LIKE THIS?, YOU DON'T GO TO DENTIST?, TOO MUCH CANDY?" Knowledge- WHAT HE SAYS IS THE ONLY WAY ,THERE CANNOT BE ANY OTHER WAY! Overall Quality - IS TERRIBLE! HE RUSHES OR MAKES YOU RETURN IF IT'S ALMOST LUNCH OR 5:00PM (CLOSE). HE TELLS YOU "IF YOU HAVE PAIN, JUST RAISE YOUR LEFT HAND AND I WILL STOP", AND HE DOES NOT. HE'LL BURN YOU , CUT YOU, OR CAUSE FURTHER DAMAGE TO YOUR TOOTH, AND WILL NOT BOTHER TO SAY ANYTHING. THEN HE LEAVES THE ROOM AND THE ASSISTANT IS LEFT TO DEAL WITH A HURTING PATIENT. HE CONSTANTLY YELLS AND SNAPS AT HIS ASSISTANTS AS IF THEY WERE 2 YEAR OLDS. OH THERE IS SOO MUCH MORE I CAN WRITE. WHAT I WROTE SO FAR HOPEFULLY CAUTIONS ANY DENTAL PATIENTS WHO NEED ROOTCANAL TREATMENT AND ARE CONSIDERING THIS ENDODONTISTS.
