Dr. Zadeh is one of a kind. She is amazing along with her staff. The facility is very neat and clean and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Zadeh helped me when no other doctor could. I am very happy I found her as my doctor.

For the first time in her room, I waited for 45 minutes. She was very nervous and by force, she had a single smile! I thought maybe she had a bad day! So it’s OK! she asked just a few basic questions that she had on the paper and she marked them! Myself, I start telling her about my hand pain! I could not carry anything! I knew something was wrong with my hand’s nerves! Three weeks I had pain very badly! She even didn’t touch my hand just said: “Nothing is wrong it will be OK, maybe you have worked with it a lot I will write a prescription for your pain”! She never sent my prescription to the CVS! I called the Clinic that I am in the CVS pls ask Dr. Zade to send the prescription! They said that day you met her was the last day for her, she went for a vacation for three weeks (I think 3 weeks) After a day I called the Clinic again! They said they could not reach her but they try to ask another doctor to write the prescription for me! Finally, I didn’t get my prescription! I felt very sad and sorry for such a careless Doctore! I had chosen and trusted someone who patient was not important for her! I just kept that bad experience behind me! But a similar story repeated when I went for an annual physical test! Finally, I decided to change her to another doctor who was working there. (Today I came to know because I left her and I continue my visit with Dr. Koruth she was very angry and aggressive!) I said the same story to my new doctor about my pain, he wrote some lab works for me and he referred me, to two specialists, to study more about my problem!

Today I was in the Center to get my lab result, the front desk girls said they need to get the result from LabCorp, I need to come back another day. I explained that I am an hour away. So they tried to get it! Usually, when I call the clinic, line direct us to the answer machine so I could not go to the referred doctor’s office and waiting for lab results! Suddenly, unbelievable Dr. Faride Zade came in the middle and she said come in come let me see, what do you want!!!! I just wonder! She was not my doctor anymore! Why without saying hi or having a smile to the patient very very roughly came close to us and took my labs reports me. I told her, I’ve talked to the front desk and now my report is ready. She didn’t give my report and said why you talked to them loudly!!! She tried to find some issue from me ( :-)) it was very funny because we were exchanging different policy that how can be a better way for a patient to have easy communication with the clinic! BUT looks like Dr. Faride Zade was angry from somewhere else or maybe she had fight before in the clinic! Or maybe she was waiting for this moment to fight with me for changing her! Aggressively she said: You should change your center and your physician! She showed anytime she likes can through patient out without any reason! I really got a big shock! I will open a case in State Medical Boards for her unhealthy behavior tomorrow, I didn’t argue with her and I look at the nurse I told her I need my results… Dr. Zade looks like she is throwing those papers to me gave them back, and she said if you don’t leave now I will call Cape! Anyone can believe it!? After 8 hours still, I can not believe a doctor can talk to a patient like this! While I was not her patient any more even! I am sure this doctor has a problem with many patients! I wish all patients feel responsible for other patients to leave their experience as feedback! I don’t like others to get the similar bad experience.

She used to be my doctor and then I moved away, and I am sad to say, it appears she has retired. I LOVED HER!!!! She was always kind and caring and took her time to Listen to all I had to say and with having Hypo-throidism, she was honest and upfront about everything. I have moved back to the area and am sad she is no longer practicing : (

Horrible excuse for a Doctor. Arrogant, rude , accuses her patients of being a fake. A week after she told me I did not have a condition, I was admitted to the hospital in ICU for same condition she accused me of being a fake. Hope her license gets taken away ,or better yet go back to Iran. You suck Dr. Zadeh

This woman seems as uninterested in patients as a doctor can get. I find her to be a poor listener, has poor spoken English skills, arrogant and always, always rushes through an exam. If she finally darts into your exam room, tackle her or block the door because she'll give you only seconds. Waits of over an hour are routine; getting messages or medicine requests through the inept staff is a trial, no matter how urgent the need. Other support staff are equally slap-dash, don't even bother to look at a patient, never mind call him or her by name or explain a procedure. Zadeh seems eager to hand off patients to specialists for just about anything except the co-pay. I went to this practice out of desperation after losing my trusted doc, and so am now looking again. Dr. Zadeh is as insensitive, arrogant and rude as can be. Staff doesn't much care, either.

Very rude office staff waiting time to see her was over an hour and then she was terribly rushed and didn't spend any time with me. I changed my doctor the second I walked out of the office.

As a pharmacy technician, I speak to people all day about local doctors. I enjoy calling this office and having someone actually answer the phone!!! Wow! Who still does that?! Doctor Zadeh spent time getting to know me and listening to me. If my mother was still alive, I would bring her to this wonderful, patient woman!! I have recommended her many times since my first appointment!!
