She is ok but her husband, Eric, is very rude. I would never go back.

I was very disappointed with my interactions with Dr. Verones. I would not recommend and would not use again.

I called the practice to request patient records for my stepson. The gentleman that answered the phone was beyond rude and condescending. He said that he had never heard of my stepson in the 5 years that he had worked there, therefore the records were too old. Without further explanation I was summarily dismissed and he hung up the phone. While I was never involved in the treatment of my stepson, the level of Customer Service I received would cause me to never return.

Dr. Verones is a good therapist. She does go out of her way to help you, but I did not feel that my privacy was respected when she blurted out something personal in front of another therapist in her office. I got okay advice from her, though.

Dr. Teresa Smith from Verones Practice, First what professional choses to attack the parents belief system, by insisting that we to agree to allow our beautiful honor student daughter to engage in a relationship with a toxic, pot smoking, mind controlling boyfriend, when Ms. Smith was fully informed about this boys background. Our sole purpose for therapy was to work with a professional to help guide our child into making a better choice. For any professional to entertain this type of platform, was nothing more then complete negligence on her part, and a premeditated lack to perform her duties to protect the welfare of our child, She indeed made fool of herself, and since we have not heard from Dr. Verones office after certified written complaint, we have assumed this behavior must be acceptable and common in their practice. BUYER BEWARE

Very thorough, great listener, motivator, inspirational and caring. Staff is quite professional and accomodating. Great practice for family therapy :0) God definitely Blessed us with this Doctor & staff.
