Staff is very unprofessional. No call-backs even when requested. No-one speaks english very well. Nasty attitudes.

staff is very irisposible very unprofessional! they dont care !! and they dont follow through with patient care ! and dr's want to get rid of you when you tell them that your concerned about your health and their staff doesnt respond to calls for medication referral ect....they dont like you to go see other dr for your conditions because it comes out of there pockets from wellcare so they just give you more pills ! so instead of helping you they load you up with meds from there office ! that by the way gets packaged by one of there employees and not a pharmacy tech !! not good !!!! stay away!!

would agree with previous comments. One must be a total advocate for elderly patients as no one calls back with test results or, worse yet, test results that indicate a threat to patient. Everything is lackadaisical and the staff is known by other offices for not cooperating with referrals or follow through. AVOID!!!!

Her staff is completely incompitent. There is NO follow through for procedures, scheduling, and especially not referrals. Constant staff turnover and no one speaks or understands english very well!
