This doctor appeared to listen and successfully treated a few minor medical issues over the course of a year. One visit was for bronchitis. Eventually he had me coming in every three to four weeks to "follow-up" and "see how I'm doing". I thought this was so caring and considerate until I found out later that he was billing my insurance company for chronic "COPD " issues. I was never diagnosed with COPD, he never even hinted or stated that I had COPD. I do not have COPD nor did I ever. When I asked he said it was because I was a smoker. I had one case of brochitis but other than that breathe just fine (even run 2 miles) and all of a sudden I have chronic COPD? NOT! I even had a chest x-ray for a nursing school entrance requirements and that was totally clear! That is when I left this practice.
