Best Dr, van customer service best everyone in his office is best . Even you wait long still worth it . If you want best care you need to be patience.

Great Doctor, Horrible reception system. Always a month at least away in appointments even when dealing acute illness or Injury, when dealing with the secretary. Best to go in person to deal with them not over the phone. Have to go through his wife to get a hold of him at times.

Dr Van is a great doctor… great doctor when you’re able to get in to see him that is. In the 15 years I have been going to see him, he has never been on time and it has only gotten worse. I waited 2 and a half hours in his waiting room and then another hour in his office. While he is a very knowledgeable doctor, it is very frustrating with the constant wait times. I have also had numerous appointments with him over the phone, where he just does not call. Sometimes it takes DAYS for him to call.

Has been in his practice too long. Narrow minded. I would recommend getting another opinion. My cardiologist told me that Dr Van miss read my test results and that I was a ticking time bomb . I have waited over 2 hrs to see him , always over booked . Do your body a favour and find someone who is current with new medicines and procedures.

Best GP I’ve ever had. Always professional but humourous and attentive. Makes you feel like he would do anything to help your medical issues and won’t give up trying to find answers if it’s not evident what the problem is. He is human, humble and kind. His knowledge of medicine is refined and he is always compassionate. Would recommend him 100 % and I love his nurse/receptionist too. She also makes you feel like a top priority. Forever grateful for their care.

Dr. Van is awesome. He is very personable and shares knowledge in an incredibly charming way. He really cares, listens to his patients and tries to ensure they get the proper tests information and care they need. He also has a great sense of humour and always makes you feel better. good job doc van
