Placed me on medication when there was not a clinical indication for it. Did not listen to my concerns for over a year when I had a significant medical diagnosis which required surgery. It took a friend who is a physician to review my file/chart to help me. All I can say is be an advocate for your own healthcare and do not take what this doctor says to you at face value. Ask for your medical notes and review them, ask for second opinions if you need to. This doctor made me completely lose my trust in healthcare.

The front desk staff make you feel bad for calling in to ask for results. The answer was always "no news is good news" which is a horrible way to communicate test results. One of the front desk staff informed my family member they were cancer free over the phone (which should not be done by an administrative staff at the front desk), when she indicated the radiologist said there were findings and she needed follow-up, the administrative staff informed "oh sorry your test result does indicate cancer".

I also believe this clinic does not really care about true healthcare when you see signs and ads offering for cool sculpting, body contouring and injectables right when you walk in the door.

This clinic really needs to slow down and consider what service they are offering to this community.

A rare find, truly the best family doctor I have had, kind, attentive, personable and exceptionally knowledgeable. The office is streamlined and there is never a wait! Appointments are always on time.

Horrible family physician. Does not keep up-to-date on current evidence-based medical research. If you value your health do not see her. She does not provide patient-centre care, and lacks doctor-patient communication/transparency in her decisions. Overall she does not investigate or address your current health concerns. She has also refused to treat acute conditions that fall in the scope of a family physician and tells people to wait months to see a specialist.

I was a patient of Dr Harper for over 10 yrs at the time things were great untell she put me on pain killers for a mishandled surgery that caused nerve damage over time I guess like everyone else I started to become dependent on them so she started to do drug test on me for no reason other then looking for a way out of what she did she contacted my employer telling them I had drugs in my system knowing this not to be true I went and started to get drug tested elsewhere which I was clean still have letter to my employer by the way when I told her about other test showing I was clean she told me maybe I need another doctor I told her I was already working on it and had called the college for help you could see she did not like that so two days later I got a letter which I still have telling me not to come back since I was talking to the college about the need for another doctor and did not offer any help for making me dependent on pain killers thank God I found a professional Dr who has managed to not only get me off the pain killers but also get me the help.for my chronic pain so just food for thought if she goes to put you on medication that requires professional help to get off them she's not the Dr for you she has a tendency of passing the buck and blaming you for your dependency on pain killers she 1st started you on she has no education on how to treat dependency on pain killers and like I said she started me on FYI watch out for her she only has her best interests in mind thats the only thing myself and more then one doctor has told me the same thing to many Dr's not excepting there responsibility of turning you into a person who is dependent on pain killers that they started you on and not trying to help you find a better answer WATCH HER thats all I can say about Dr Harper not very professional practice in her office thats for sure

Dr Harper is truly incredible. She was the one to first diagnose my mom with breast cancer and she was so caring and empathetic. Unfortunately she moved locations and we never had a chance to say thank you. I’ve been contacting her current clinic to get in as a patient for a year now but she isn’t accepting anyone new. If you have the pleasure of being seen by Dr Harper then you are in incredible hands.

She’s honestly the best dr
Called us back in just to see how my son was doing because it was truly bugging her.
Luckily she got us a diagnosis so quick! I have been a patient of hers for 5 1/2 years!

Dr Harper is a nice doctor. She listens and gives eye contact demonstrating she cares. She talks to you like a human being, unlike some doctors that talk to you like you’re beneath them. The staff can be kind of rude on the phone but no issues in person.
