I really enjoyed every staff member and doctor at USF. They were always sympathetic, helpfully, and professional. Over the past 2 years I have gotten to know almost all of the staff and I have experience with Dr Imudia, Dr. Plosker, and Dr. Mayer (briefly). Dr. Imudia is my personal doctor, but I wanted to stress how happy I was with not just him, but all of the doctors and staff that work him. Especially because I saw Dr. Plosker quite a bit. I personally did not have success with IUI, and moved to IVF. Regardless I am blessed to have doctors that cared so much about my safety and concerns throughout every aspect of the process.

I started seeing Dr Plosker in March. Things looked promising. I moved back to FL from VA (where I started seeing reproductive doctors). In VA I did an HSG and things looked great. I was put on oral ovulation induction medicine. It didn't work. When I saw Dr P he looked at my chart and my husbands and said I've done the testing he'd like so we can try a different medicine. I was fine with that but before I start it I need a endometrial biopsy. Did that... waited...waited... I called my primary for the results since it was done in her office and she said Dr P had the results for 2 weeks but they're normal. I called Dr P's office to get my medicine filled to try that month. It didn't work. I called again for a refill (I could have 3). I was told No and that I should have never got the first round because my biopsy was abnormal and I need to do another test. Shocked as to why I was never told about that 4 weeks later. So I did the test. It's been 4 weeks and I haven't heard anything and I've called weekly. Nothing is noted in my records about my next steps and I've had two cycles that I could have been doing something on to try to conceive. This has been the worst experience. The staff has been rude as well except Robin- she's always tried to help. Dr P doesn't care. He wants money. His job is to help people make families but how is he doing that when people are getting pushed under the carpet. Now I have to find another facility and hope Dr P's office will send over everything I've done with them. So I don't have to redo everything and pay again for everything over again. I don't recommend this place or him at all. Take your time and money elsewhere.

It seems women over the age of 40 are not very welcome here. My desire for fertility treatments was met with lectures on how my eggs were no longer in their prime, and I should consider donor eggs. Go somewhere else- they are more concerned with outcomes that reflect well on them than truest helping people who are in need of such a service.

I went to another clinic before USF IVF and how I wish I'd found them first. Such an array of knowledge and very honest, even when it's hard to hear. I have always felt very supported. The office has always looked after me and I have had a beautiful boy thanks to IVF and am not expecting again thanks to FET. They never took risks or got my hopes up. If it looked unlikely they canceled rather than put me through procedures that weren't likely to work. Dr Plosker is so knowledgable. I trust his judgement and every time I've stuck to his plan rather than getting frustrated or impatient, it's worked. They've even found an issue that could have affected my long term help if left undiagnosed. A really supportive and amazing group. Sometimes you do have to wait a little for your appointment but I'd rather wait knowing the doctor is taking time dealing with patients than an empty office of less accomplished doctors.

Dr. Plosker and staff are great! The IVF journey was very hard to get through but USF ivf def helped us make our dreams come true. We have been trying for a while and since we've seen Plosker and staff we knew we we're in the right hands !! The nurses are excellent and always get back with you, the physicians actually take part in the ultrasounds as well. I'm very sorry, but you can't get that at RMG I'm Tampa. So happy we chose USF and so excited to meet our twins!!! Thank you USF IVF, Dr. Plosker, Dr. Mayer, Dr. Umidia, Joy, Robyn and Dr. Ying(the best embryologist)!!!

Dr. Plosker and staff has been the best thus far. Dr. Plosker has the best bed side manner and truly wants to help his patients. I've been coming here for almost 2 years and we are finally going through IVF. (Hubby and I put this on hold for a while). Dr. Plosker performed my lap/hysteroscopy and did a great job and now we are moving forward with ivf. Usf works around your schedule and also sees patients on the weekends.

I've waited several times for over 2 hours for my appointment. There's no apology and its rude. Bedside manners are a definite no.

I originally went to USF for Dr. Silva however, he left the practice before my first IUI. My doctor became Dr. Polsker who treats you like a folder. He couldn't explain anything and didn't pay attention to any of my test results. I had a thin linking for both my IUI's and he didn't notice it until the day after my 2nd IUI. On my 2nd IUI I waited 3 1/2 hours before I was seen. It is clear he is out for the money and does not look at each individual case of his patients. I am out of USF! CIAO!

My husband and I went to Dr. Plosker and received constant wait times of 35 minutes or more (an hour and a half once), no explanation to our infertility, the same plan that everyone else is thrown on-a drug regime for IVF, though he made the dosage too low knowing past hormone treatments had a hard time working on me, so we had to do two rounds of drugs, one time the nurse told us to tell her any questions we had because he was tight on time and needed to get us in and out, and he went to a seminar without telling us on the day of our insemination for ivf, so Dr. Silva had to fill in for him. He only cares about money and definitely took the time to try to call me and get me back in so we could "move forward" with more testing and treatments. I ended up relying on God and am about to give birth to a baby girl in September, getting pregnant on my own a year after treatment there. Besides, the office is a cattle call, there is no confidentiality, and pregnant women are in waiting room.

The only time I met Dr. Plosker was for our original consultation. Our IUI's were always done by nurses, and a different one each time. For the amount of money we were paying, we expected a doctor to be somewhat involved! Also, they were hardly ever on time. Sometimes it was an hour wait! We ended up switching to Dr. Mayer (who is also with USF) and have had a much better experience with him.
