the doctor was pleasant but her receptionist is awful. Completely uncooperative and incommunicative. I would get bills for tests that were wrongly coded and the receptionist refused to change the codes. The doctor herself is very nice but I didn't get the help and knowledge I needed for my condition. The doctor was always late. The staff is my main complaint, though. I left 7 months ago and so happy I did.

I was a patient of Dr. Chapman, then we moved outside the county, so my insurance changed. Now I am back and I will be seing her again and I am excited. I had hsyterectomy and she did a great job. Always listen, spend time and make sure all questions are answered. I just love her and thankful my Gynecologist is Dr. Chapman :)

Recently switched to this doctor for a surgical procedure. She was extremely knowledgeable as to my condition and offered me a conservative surgical treatment that was the correct treatment option. I was able to return to work the next day. She personally called me with my laboratory results. She is extremely caring and knowledgeable. Her staff is also wonderful.

Dr. Chapman delivered my son in 2000. She is honest and professional. She has a wonderful sense of humor. I will continue to see her another 15 years. Her expertise is highly recommended.

I just started going to Dr Chapman and the experience was extremely different that what I have had with other local doctors. She took time to go over my concerns and explain possible issues. The office staff was very polite and helpful. The office was very quiet, clean and had an overall tranquil environment. I am, after my first visit very pleased with Dr Chapman and would highly recommend her to friends and family.

I have been a patient for 3 years and Dr. Chapman is the best. She takes her time and listens to your concerns. I have referred several of my friends and they love her as well. Her staff is curtious and compassionate always making you feel at ease.

I have been seeing her for over 10 years. She is the best I have ever seen, makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. That is very important to me, as the 'yearly visit', is never very fun to begin with. I would recommend her to anyone. And yes, she stopped delivering babies because of insurance.

Dr. Chapman is a wonderful physician. She always takes the time to listen to my problems and then offers clear advice along with the reasons for her decisions. Feel free to check the DOH state website. Her record is clear and spotless. My understanding of the reason she no longer delivers babies is the insurance environment in florida is prohibitive. Look around, its happening everywhere.
