As parents of a child who has never had orthodontics before, we were very happy with the consulting experience at Dr. Walker's office to help us decide on future treatment.

Dr. Walker and his staff made my daughter feel completely at ease. She still talks about how nice everyone was and is at the office. I am sure her having her braces on will be a great experience with this team. My daughter is able to do all her own cleaning and caring for her braces because of the great direction this team has given her.

Dr. Walker and his staff are top notch. They are experienced, caring, professional and always a pleasure to see. I checked with several other orthodontists before deciding on this office and am happy to say Dr. Walker's office was the best choice!

First of all, I had to wait in Dr. Walker's office for more than a half hour. I also arrived on time for my appointment. I also did not really feel like Dr. Walker was that knowledgeable. He was a little rude as well. I had gone into his office to get my permanent retainer re-glued. I had gotten my braces off when I was 13 and I am now a junior in college. Dr. Walker had no clue why I was in his office and tried to find other things to fix. At one point he rudely asked me why I was there, and I told him that the glue came off of my retainer. He then said, "so what do you want me to do about it?". I also found him and his staff to be very unprofessional. He was giggling with his nurses at one point. The assistant that was working on my teeth also seemed unprofessional; she was talking to me as if she were a classmate or someone I had just met at school. I would not recommend this orthodontist, and I will also be asking my dentist why he would recommend a man like Dr. Walker.

Very best experience on all accounts. Staff great--efficient and very nice. Daughter felt secure and she LOVES her new teeth/mouth. Before/after pictures and other special touches to encourage the kids. Dr Walker very knowledgeable and kind(we saw several orthos before we decided.) We were recommended by friends and several of daughters friends from school went here. TOPS!
