I would like to thank Dr Ma for all he did for our children, especially Pascal when he had his bout of ceasures as a toddler. He is now in his 40s as is our daughter, They are both healthy. and striving as parents. I just wanted you to know that , even if those all occured in 1985/86, we are grateful for the your help, understanding, guidance and supportive bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Ma with all wour wishes for good health !

I can't say enough good about Dr. Ma. I have gone to him for many many years and found him to be very caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and a very "comfortable" doctor to deal with. He doesn't hesitate to send a person to a specialist if he feels it is needed and though he is not a "pill pusher", will prescribe when needed. I will be so very sad when he retires.

Can't speak highly enough of Dr. Ma and his staff. Very efficient, excellent advice and follow ups with no fuss. He has been my family doctor for over 30 years now and I thank him for his dedication.

Seen him 7 times in 8 months for the same problem of a sore throat/cold symptoms. Prescribed antibiotics EVERY time. Annoyed after the last visit I went to a walk-in clinic where I received better care and was referred to a specialist (Had my tonsils removed). Unreliable, very dismissing, unwilling to refer and when he does it's to unhelpful physician's/specialists. Instead of going to him I usually go to a walk-in clinic now until I can find another doctor.

I seldom visit the doctor, so when I do go and say I am in agony at times, I would expect to be believed. However, Dr. Ma kept insisting it was pulled muscles from sports. This was definitely not so. It took a holiday to northern BC and an attack of pain while visiting friends there for me to end up in emergency. There the doctor immediately diagnosed galls stones. Once this was dealt with (gall bladder removed) I have had no further problems. As one other rating stated "I wouldn't be there any more if there were more doctors available". Now I go there very distrustfully and check things on the internet before I go with any questions.

Dr Ma, What can I say, he's awesome, I first went to him 30 years ago before I moved away. He's patient and caring and made me feel very comfortable through a very embarrasing experience. I hated to lose him, not long after I left I got my Mom to go to him, she was not getting quality care from the doctor she was seeing. He has and still does take very good care of her, when I visit my family I always pop by and say hello to him, he always has a moment to see me.
