Staff at the office are incredibly rude and even combatant. The receptionists and the nurses treated me and the other patients as if we were wasting their time and they behaved as if they couldn't care less. The staff roll their eyes and speak with exasperation and the staff will either refuse to answer my question or treat my question as if it was a stupid one. Many of the patients that this clinic sees are immigrant patients with limited options in Chinese-speaking doctors. 2nd: the physicians here are less than capable of handling their load. Wrong referrals, the phlebotomist either NOT labeling or MIS-labeling the blood tubes, and the overall lack of caring shown by the physicians made me feel unsafe and unwelcome. Dr. Wong also treated me as if I was wasting her time as well. I will be choosing a different PCP for my needs and I encourage everyone to do the same. This is a review for the Clinic located on 2335 S Wentworth Ave, Chicago IL 60616 as well as for Dr. Wong.

Dr Shirley Wong is an average physician at best. She has kept patients waiting for up to hours on end. Recently, a child relative was brought to her office to have her look at his accidental stabbing - a pencil tip embedded in his chest - but she wouldn't take even a minute to look at him because she was busy.
