If there was a "0" for the staff I would use it. I like Dr Roenigk but I wrote him regarding his staff's failure and treatment, but he did not respond. I had a fraxel and all went well. I think Dr Roenigk is a good and kind doctor. I had the same procedure in 2008 and I went back because I trusted him. The procedure was $700 and I could have gotten it at numerous other places for $400. The next day I called regarding post procedure instrctions and was told to use the samples of soap and sunscreen they had given me when I left. I was never given these samples and was not sure what to use on my face. I asked to be sent the samples and they said it was not their policy to mail them. I was told I could pick them up. The office is in Scottsdale and I live in Chandler. This is a 45 minute to one hour drive. I told her that was impossible. Since I was not sure what to use on my face I called back and asked to speak to the office manager. I was told that "I had forgotten the samples." I remember walking out of the laser room with an ice pack on my face . This is where "I" failed to pick up the packet of items and instructions. No one gave it to me or mentioned it. The woman I talked to told me she would connect me the office manager in Phoenix. She transferred the call and I was disconnected when she answered. Since she had my name and file I waited for her to return my call. This did not happen so I called back and asked to speak with Alicia, the office manager. I told her we were disconnect and she said "oh yes. and told me to "GO ON, "GO ON." No apology for disconnecting me and I was definitely teated as a problem to her. I explained the situation and she reluctantly said she would mail me the package "that I forgot." Well, that was Tuesday and now it is Saturday. No package. It's too bad these people reflect on the doctor so poorly, but I will never go back to this office. P.S. When I left after being there 3 hours, I was given a small cup of water. The icepack in a small baggie leaked all over me on my drive home.

I just saw him today...nice man, friendly, didn't strike me as stand out, seemed in a bit of a hurry, but did ask me some good questions and made sure he wrote them down.
