I waited over an hour from my scheduled appointment just to get called in. I only go to her because my family has been going to them (both) forever. She is underqualified as she has no clue what she talks about - ecommends taking a tylenol for anxiety? I only go to her for the occasional appt. but I will be trying to look for a new doctor although it is difficult to find in this day and age. That must be the reason she is still in the medicine business, the healthcare's desparation to retain doctors, ANY doctor! At every appointment, she repeteadly asks me personal questions not relevant to my reason to visit. I find this unprofessional and not only that, she never remembers anything since it's always the same questions. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Ligaya just asked questions about my life and not about how I feel. I'd rather go to walk in clinic or emergency than to see again. Plus the receptionist is the worst ever!

I've been going to Dr. Milambiilng for a couple of years, because my original family doc. is hard to book. Even when making appointments, you have to wait at least 30 minutes 'til you get called in. The below reviews are disgustingly accurate. She doesn't listen and she doesn't seem to know anything. Poor woman is very undereducated. As a university student, I do not understand how she has her license. I'm sure my family goes to her because she's popular within the Filipino community, but it all seems like bias -- there's no strength in her knowledge. I've only seen her husband twice, so I can't judge him, but this woman is definitely overrated in her profession.

dr. milambiling needs to improve on understanding her patients and not being judgemental. from my experience she needs to learn to have more patience and practice professionalism. I base this on personal experience with her.

I no longer see any of the Milambilings. I don't have a problem with Dr. E. Milambiling, but Doctora Ligaya I do. My husband & I were trying to conceive and had been seeing a fertility specialist. I took a home pregnancy test and it was positive, I took 3. Went in to see Dr. Ligaya Milambiling and the urine test turned out negative. I insisted that she give me a blood test. She talked to me on the phone and told me straight out, Ining don't force yourself to be pregnant because you are not. I told her I took several home test. So she she said just to ease my mind that she would order blood tests. That was on a Friday afternoon. Monday morning no call yet, so I called the office. The receptionist at the time, didn't really want to talk to me anymore, so Dr. Ligaya Milambiling spoke with me and told me I was indeed pregnant. No sorry no congratulations, just told me I was and that I should see her for prenatal care. I just hung up and didn't see her ever.

I have been seeing Dr. Milambiling all my life and have no plans of changing doctors! She is extremely patient, kind, and understanding....and answers all questions clearly and concisely! She makes sure you understand completely before ending the appointment. There is reason why her office is always packed, its because she is one of the best!!!

She is a fantastic physician, and I trust no one else. She will sit with you after you're appointment and answer any questions you have no matter how much time it takes. She never rushes and she makes you feel extremely comfortable. Yes, there is some waiting involved...but she gives each and everyone the same amoutn of attendtion and care!

I've been seeing this doctor for a few years now, and the only reason why I continue to do so is because most of the family doctors I've called who have very good ratings are either retiring or just not taking anymore new patients. This woman is horrible. And yes, she does tell you "it will eventually go away...it's nothing serious...take some tylenol and call back here if you feel anything more..." She is not good, would never recommend her to anyone I know, and I cannot wait to find a REAL doctor. Oh and they never take you in when they say they will! I'll call in for an appointment, the receptionist will tell me to come in at 3pm and I won't be seen until 530pm. Seriously, everything about that practice is wrong.

This doctor doesn't know what she is talking about yet does not listen to you. She easily dismiss your concern and tell you that's either normal or there's nothing you can do about it. it's frustrating to deal with her everytime. Yes, she does refer you to specialist if you insist and are able to convince her. But to refer you to the right person is another matter.
