Very disappointing. Much to quick to write out prescriptions, always in a hurry despite not a lot of patients and no other doctors, almost never touched the patient and misdiagnoses patients numbers of times. Also doesn’t pay attention to patients allergies and a Eli pen had to be stabbed into the leg. Also if he can’t fix you in 5 min he refers you to someone else that takes over a year to get into to see. Very disappointing

For me, Dr. Schulte and staff are always there to help me. They have always been able to fit me in and they are on time.

The staff always fits you in if it is needed. Usually very limited waits. Easy to talk to doctor. For some he might be too much with his openness, but to me, it just makes him easier to talk to.

Dr. Schulte seems to always be prescribing a new med every visit. And when needing my medical file for mental health reasoning he mysteriously drops me as a patient. Been seeing him all my life till now. Feel very let down!!

A couple of elderly people in my family visit him. They tell me he rarely, if ever, touches them, even with new complaints, just listens and quickly writes prescriptions. Performance of a physical exam is part of the conditions of payment from the Alberta government, except with phone advice and counseling, and even more vital in geriatric populations. He can and should do better.

DR. SCHULTE IS TRULY A DOCTOR WHO CARES..... VERY MUCH. IT'S REFRESHING TO DEAL WITH A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL WHO LISTENS WHEN HIS PATIENT TALKS. HE NEVER TELLS ME HOW I FEEL BUT ALLOWS ME TO EXPRESS MYSELF. HE THINKS "OUTSIDE THE BOX" AT TIMES AND, IN MY CASE AND MY CHILDRENS CASES, HE HAS BEEN 100% CORRECT AND SEVERAL PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY RECTIFIED!! IT HAS ALSO BEEN MY EXPERIENCE THAT HIS REFERALS HAVE ALL BEEN TO OTHER MODALITIES HAVE ALL HAD THE SAME RESPECT FOR ME AND MY CHILDREN. ALL HAVE DISCUSSED HEALTH ISSUES WITH US RATHER THAN EITHER TALKING DOWN TO US OR SIMPLY LECTURING US AND EXPECTING COMPLIANCE WHEN I ALREADY KNOW THAT EITHER THE PROCEDURE OR MEDICATION WILL NOT BRING THE DESIRED RESULTS.
I HAVE THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR DR. SCHULTE AND I AM EVER GRATEFUL THAT I MADE THE DECISION TO BE HIS PATIENT WHILE HE WAS STARTING HIS PRACTICE IN SPRUCE GROVE.
