Never had a single complaint after more than 20 years being a patient. The front-staff is almost hilariously rude, but it's more like they are VERY straightforward and to-the-point. I don't mind it at all, but some people might not like it.

As a doctor, like I said, never had a single complaint. He's very knowledgeable, and was very easy to get follow ups, results, etc.

Dr. Mascarin has been my doctor for over 20 years. He deals with problems promptly - even makes time available on day of request- and is knowledgeable and very helpful. the front desk service is much better over the past 6 months or so.

Dr. Mascarin is a great doctor- understanding, knowledgeable and doesn’t, hesitate to refer you for further rests if needed. The front desk has some rude people, but it seems to be improving lately.

Very friendly doctor who really listens to what you have to say! At times he is not the most thorough/prepared and I'm not sure he keeps up with medical literature; HOWEVER, I love that he calls you on the phone with your results and that he always follows up on anything he is unsure of during the appointment. The phlebotomist lady needs to be removed; she is aggressive, rude at times, and very off-putting. Almost every other lab technician I've ever met is at least 10x better. The receptionists are okay and wait-times are almost nothing, so no complaints there.

Dr. Mascarin is for the birds. Nowadays if you have a broken leg and a broken arm. Only one say the arm can be treated. The broken leg the next visit. These doctors treat one physical symptom at a time, do not use wholistic approach, do not care for the whole patient, emotional, psychological well-being. The medical industry or this group is going downhill. It's so very difficult to find a competent female doctor in Oakville. Impossible really.

Dr. Mascarin is great, he's been my doctor for over 20 years. The front desk staff is brutal though, rude, short, and just all around not friendly. Especially short black spikey hair lady :|

I have seen Dr. Mascarin for 20 years, fantastic person and great Doctor........agree with all comments regarding the staff and the lab..........they are sometimes rude, always ignore you and they make you feel that you are bothering them......they seem though to have time to chit chat with one another but have no time to help the patients.
