Staff was friendly. Dr. Goldfarb was very nice,.
Took over a year to get an appointment.
Had an outpatient procedure and Dr. Goldfarb was very kind and explained the results .

Dr doesn't listen to his patients, and thinks he knows everything. Doesn't even see you in person and never follows up. Leaves patients confused and in despair. Doesn't care shout patients pain.

bernie , is probably the most arrogant surgeon in north bay.after a kidney stone removal he didn't want to look into pain i was having in the area he did the surgery .he rather say i was having back pain instead of looking into the matter until he gets call from emerge beacause my kidney fonction were dropping dut to the trauma he did while getting the kidney stone . after the second surgery thepain came back again and thats when he took me in his office to tell me i was wasti g his time and his patient and i will have tolive with thatpain for the restof mi life. little did i know i would need another emrgency surgery and after i ask to be refer for a second opinion wich he brushed of until he had to do a fourth surgery and that when hefinally sent a refferal to toronto to get fix afterthe surgery in toronto that when i found out i had to get my kidney out due to all the damage cause.

Had vasectomy, he froze locally and immediately started cutting, i yelled at him and he re froze me twice on each side. It was excruciating. He was late after chatting w a salemen in the hallway, he rushed through the procedure and didnt care one bit. I cautioned my buddy and advised him to tell him to wait 5min after freezing and Goldfarb didn't. He experienced the same thing as me.

Felt pain for 2 months, waited weeks to see him. He tells me I have nothing wrong with me which I completely disagree. Bedside manners were terrible. The nurse was amazing but I don't trust this guy after our cold appointment. Never been so humiliated in my life! I'm getting a second opinion from someone else. My doctor didn't send a referal and even though I brought all the information with me, he didn't want to see anything. I didn't have time to properly explain myself and he pretty much told me we're done here. I insisted on having the camera inside of my penis and it will be booked in a few weeks. If it's him, that does it, I'm cancelling everything. I rather suffer.

I wasn’t so happy unfortunately with the dr I had a bad experience with him , no matter how much I tried to tell him the how bad the pain was he continued with nothing to help the pain and starting to look like after all I went thru it didn’t help the situation . I did read a lot of the reviews and sounds like I may have had him on a bad day but I don’t plan on going back

Dr. Bernard Goldfarb and Dr Pace treated me with respect and answered all my questions before and after a very major operation that took over 3 hours. After successfully removing a 15cm tumour from my kidney .....they both did personal follow ups which resulted in my full recovery in North Bay , once again I was blessed with a great team of doctors and nursing staff who treated me like gold. I can’t think of any negative comment about my care at the hospital or their private offices. Thanks again for saving my life.
